this is a weird point to take away, but that's a particularly small salary for a superintendent.

Always the gentleman, teef...........reading the article for THE ARTICLE.

She likes it rough? Sure, a few Manhattans and only a candle lit, and I'm in.

I take it its not 96k per one year but over the course of 3.5?

That’s still really low.  You should see what they get in ny. He’ll, I know a 1st grade teacher that was making in the low 90s.

I’d voice my opinion on that here but don’t want this turning into a PPP thread.  I’ll enjoy the lighter comments ?

That's the exception, not the rule, and that person must have had a master's (or doctorate) and about 30 years of experience.

That has to be $96k per year, no school is going to pay a Superintendent under $30,000 per year to run the district.

A.)  It’s Ohio.  A lot of things that go on there make no sense.

B.)  The ‘fringe benefits’ are intended to offset the comparatively low wages for the position.

she has a masters as far as i know, (i assume that because everyone in nys does...although maybe she taught before that was a requirement).  It's definitely not the norm, but there are some older teachers who are lingering around with nice salaries.
