Here is my best guess at the Bills offensive line in 2019.

LT - Trent Brown

LG - Wyatt Teller

C -   Mitch Morse

RG - Dion Dawkins

RT -  Darryl Williams

Reserves:

C - Jeff Bodine

G - Spencer Long

T - Michael Dieter

Lets see what others think.

Can you do wide receivers next?

I'm thinking the Bills will sign a C and RT as a minimum in FA, also will resign Phillips at DT and add a TE and possibly a WR

Tyrell Williams would be a good FA signing and I think this would set us up well for the draft and picking up Kyle's replacement at #9. I'd also like to see us go TE/WR/OL in rounds 2-4, since most of the players will have similar ratings.

Dawkins was tried at Guard. He was horrendous.

This is completely not true.....he was tried at RT and did not look good

As a guard Dawkins was a beast

The Bills have to replenish their supply of Williamses!?

I am really liking this lineup

Tyrell is my favorite FA WR, however he has publically he wants to be paid as a WR1, I don't see him getting that type of money from the Bills.  Let's see if anyone overpays for him and see if the price comes back into the 8 to 10 million per year range. Highest priority is C and RT, then TE and DT.  Hope these spots are filled prior to the draft.

There doesn't seem to be too much of a shortage of talent for WR's in the league, so I think reality will bring his price tag down, but I can see us getting 3 quality starters in FA if we can convince them that the Bills are on the rise. If not, we'll be aiming for 2020 to field a team with a legitimate shot at a SB.

I'm guessing you must be a NASCAR fan, though Jeff (Geoff) Bodine is long retired now. No doubt you're referencing Russell here, eh?  ?

He might actually be the best center for us......

Im not really good at the contract numbers....I just would expect him to go for a high dollar contract.....but we also have lots of dollars to spend

Ryan Jensen signed a 4 year 42 mil deal last season making him the leagues highest paid center.

Wouldn't be surprised if it took something in that range to get Morse. Ideally you limit the guaranteed dollars as much as possible considering the concussions.

Get Paradis/Morse at center and Williams/James at RT and let the draft come to you.?

This is my hope. Let's start with landing our starting C, preferably Paradis then Morse. Still like to move Dawkins to RT, then land a capable veteran LT. Draft C/G depth....

I think the Bills will spend big at C and RT and at a lower level at G.  I think DT (2, Phillips and FA), and TE like Jessie James.  That opens the draft for TE and WR in Rounds 1 & 2, I'm hoping Hockenson and Butler.

Soooooooo......this thread is nonsense.  It should be titled, “if you were the Bills GM, what would you do”.  If you think the above, than you don’t project them to sign Trent Brown.  Just sayin

edit:  it’s just you make so mny threads, each one about the same thing.  The offseason acquisitions. Which are the same names over and over.  All the free agent and draft eligible OL, WR.

Maybe you should just make. Thread entitled RPbillsfans thoughts and write all these thoughts in one place.  Kinda like your own TSW diary

I believe an offer of 4 yrs and 44 million will make Mitch Morse a Buffalo Bill, then offer 5 yrs and 60 million for RT Darryl Williams.

That would take only 23 million of the 80 million the Bills have in cap space.  Leaving 57 Million.  Assume 9 million to draft, leaving 48 million, 3 yrs and 12 million for DT Jordan Phillips, 4 yrs and 16 million to TE Jesse James, leaving 40 million, Sheldon Richardson 42 million for 4 years leaving 30 million and then 36 million for 4 years to Tyrell Williams leaving 21 million.  Then try to trade down hopefully with the Redskins.

Swap 9 and go down to 15, get two Redskin 3rd round picks.

Pick 15 - TJ Hockenson

Trade 2nd and one of the 3 3rds to Packers to select Hakeem Butler

Trade 2 remaining 3rd round picks to move back into the 2nd round and draft G Chris Lindstrom

4th Round - Terry Mclaurin

4th Round - Bryce Love

5th Round - Kahil Hodge

5th Round - Edge

6th Round - CB

7th Round - LB

7tj Round - P

Ideally I hope they go hard after Paradis for their Center need and then draft a quality guard. Pierschbacher would be a nice 3rd or 4th round pick.  If you don’t get your RT in FA, then get one  in the draft.  You would now be solid on the OL for future years and you have your QB. Now go get DIFFERENCE MAKERS in FA and the draft.

LT - Dion Dawkins. This regime is about 2nd chances.

LG - Wyatt Teller - they draft Michael Deiter Wisconsin to compete. Played every position across the line for solid Badger program.

C - Mitch Morse fits the mold although Paradis would be awesome too. Spencer Long competes and adds depth.

RG - Spencer Long or Wyatt Teller

RT -  Kaleb McGary - will be there when we pick, can operate out of a pro set, is strong yet can move well enough to reach block at times and seal the edge. Tenacious and will keep driving to the whistle.

****There are other draft options at RT that are just as good and would upgrade what we have today. It is a deep position this year.

Well there is three pages of response so I guess it drew interest, so what reason will you use to close this topic just because you don't like me.

You’re giving me one. Did you read the comment I quoted? Does any of it sink in?

I'm being rhetorical, of course..

I think Beane will absolutely pay a top dollar for either Paradis or Morse. If they refuse to sign, he will draft a Center early, 2nd or 3rd rd. We saw what happened last year. Its imperative to steady our line play, specifically at C.

Something to keep in mind also is that while Beane says he will be judicious with our cap, there IS a minimum that we MUST spend. I can't think of a better spot to spend that than on a veteran center

Oh I agree with most of what you're saying.

But you're saying what he should do, my post relates to what I think he'll do.

I mean, damn...the guy lost his 3 best Olinemen and waited until the bottom of the 5th to draft one?

Who tells asks his only PB OL, on the last year of a very reasonable deal, to take a pay cut?

Who the hell trades his LT ?

I really believe he honestly thought he could "get by" with the low rent free agents he brought in...plus Mills and Ducasse.

He wasn't forced to have the lowest paid OL in the NFL.  People can talk about "cap hell" all they want, but he found the $8 million for a part time DE and another $8 million for KB?

It just...wasn't a priority with him. Some are like that.

Has he learned from this?

IDK, we'll see soon enough. As I said, I really hope I'm wrong.

But I'll believe it when I see it?

The post drew interest and comments isn't that enough.  I thought the point of this board was to post topics that draw interest.  It's the off-season, free agency is right around the corner, the draft to soon follow.  It's logical to post topics relating to roster additions until the free agency window opens.

Obviously you don't agree.  So take my posts like television programming, if you don't like it, don't watch it, or in this case, don't read it.

How does that sound to you.
