SoTier Posted March 2, 2018 Share Posted March 2, 2018 These folks need to be in PA complaining about the fracking waste facility since that's where the facility would be located, and it would operate under PA environmental laws (such as they are) and possibly under federal environmental regs (good luck with getting those enforced by the current regime). FTR, PA law allows fracking waste to be stored in open ponds which practically guarantees that the fracking chemicals will either spill or leach into local water supplies.
