It is so annoying at a four way stop, when drivers try and be overly and unnecessarily passive, and wave you on when they clearly have the right of way.

Stop directing traffic like you’re doing me a favor and just follow the rules of the road. You are actually making it more difficult!

100% agree.  I will sit there and stare at them like I can't see them waving until they finally move.

It's still better than the person I ran into today who decided that the stop sign did not apply to her.  Poor choice of words, there was no collision.

Looking for a diet? Consider doing a 24 hour fast two days a week, eat what you want, within reason, on the off days.

It's also called Eat-Stop-Eat. I only lose a pound or two a week, but I'm only 10 pounds from goal weight, so I will be patient. I fast on Mondays (lose Sunday game day snacks) and Thursdays.

I've tried low-carb, keto, and low-cal. I find them hard to adhere to and I also feel like a science specimen.

Hours after the Bills game ended last Sunday, our 29 year old son went to the hospital with his wife and had their first child. (She set an appointment for inducement at 8:30pm, because she knows him well.) He just said “WOW! Saturday nights sure have changed around here!”  😂

Locking through the Tall Ship Denis Sullivan right now.

Without his rigging or masts of course.  19.1' is the vertical controlling air draft clearance @ Lemont, Illinois.  Heading eventually to St.Croix.

With riggings:

A similar ship came through my area a couple years ago.  I was going to go see it go through the locks, till I saw an article that most of the time they'll have the masts down to fit under the bridges.  Decided to skip it.
