It's also called Eat-Stop-Eat. I only lose a pound or two a week, but I'm only 10 pounds from goal weight, so I will be patient. I fast on Mondays (lose Sunday game day snacks) and Thursdays. I was going to go see it go through the locks, till I saw an article that most of the time they'll have the masts down to fit under the bridges. Decided to skip it.
