I don't see the comparison, Romo has 3 yrs left at an average of $18mil/season, Wood has a 1-yr hit of $4 mil, which would easily be renegotiated because the new team won't be saddled with the dead cap. He was a disaster with the Jets. as for Groy with Woods having a few major injuries in his a career and Richie at an age when things can fall off the wheels , not saying they will, having a strong back up would be wise. He can play guard if needed, and bailed some of the scrubs playing guard during his run here pulling and doing there job. He is a very good center. Defenses send less pressure up the middle, because if they do Tyrod can escape and hurt them with his legs.
