That's a major part of why social media platforms are being targeted by the newest round of sex trafficking laws. The complete dismantling of this kind of sickness/extortion - aided and abetted by elements within the IC for decades to gain leverage on public (and private) figures. Backpage/Craig'slist make sense in terms of trafficking (look into the ownership of both, their donations and connections to DC - it's blatant) - but as others have pointed out, the same sort of coded language is used on IG/Twitter/FB for pedos to share images and traffickers to arrange sales.
