Explain why birthed is racist.

I get why it is stupid, annoying, pointless, and many other things. It was about an individual person, not a race. Is the theory that Trump thinks no black people were born in the USA? Does he also not think black churches are vibrant?

Obama ran against McCain...

"Obama was born in Kenya!" Not true, everybody cared.

But nobody cared that McCain was born in Panama, not the US.

You think the difference wasn't race?

By not being a part of this debate I'd say that Gary Johnson was the winner.

Hard to believe that anyone could vote for one of these asshats and I fully hope that people will demand a change in candidates, a redo as it were.

I think if they talked about the moon tonight Trump would've said that he has property there.

They are both repellent. I prefer Trumps policies.

Trump got bogged down on some silliness, and didn't go for the throat. When Hillary mentioned tax returns, and his business practices, he could have demolished her with responses about her using her position as Secretary of State to sell out the country to donors of the Clinton Foundation. I have no idea why he didn't just crush her with that.

No mention of the Mid-East policies directly causing the refugee crisis that is tearing up the EU.

The dumpy frump had a beginning slump but head in rump Trump said he was smart not dumb because Taxes he paid none making his working-class chums into chumps.

So Trump of orange hair clump should takes some lumps but I bet he gets a bump and why is that? cause many have the attention span of a gnat and the intelligence of a stump.

I doubt there are many swing voters in this election. The candidates are so polarizing I think 99% of the electorate has made up their mind . Particularly with recent events in this country. You are on one side or the other.

The 3rd party numbers have never been higher and they usually poll about 2x of how they pull the lever. So these are invested voters. So there are a TON of swing voters out there and they are following the election closely. MAke no mistake: Clinton and Trump want those votes desperately.

Thank you. I was telling my wife this exact same thing. The next 2 debates are where he goes after her.

He's afraid to go after her because he can't keep up.

Unless he plays below the belt, and of course Donald couldn't resist a round of self congratulations for holding back on indecent attacks. What a guy.

Trump couldn't keep up with Christie and Fiorina in the debates--he certainly can't keep up with Clinton's intellect. His only goal last night was to not hand over a massive soundbyte moment. Mission accomplished on that.

I agree with most of this but this "Clinton's intellect" stuff should really what until she shows some. She went out there with bullet points....some real and some complete garbage and never offered anything resembling an original intelligent thought. Come on.

They can only have bullet points in a debate and she's a big government socialist so of course some was mostly big government garbage. Debates haven't truly been debates in 20+ years but merely trading pre-prepared responses.

The point is that he's in the sandbox and doesn't' even have bullet points while she's in the college lounge smoking weed and debating 18th centry french poetry with stuck up know it alls--no debate was possible between them because they can't match intellects. "Wrong, wrong, very wrong" is 2nd grade and I believe he's afraid to get into deep issues because she can run circles around him.

Trump has 100 Johnson "Aleppo" issues in him and we all know it. He needs to steer clear of those moments.

Although I mostly agree, two things:

1. The "wrong" into the microphone is juvenile.....although she kept spewing made up crap....it is a bad look. One exception: When she said he like Putin or something along those lines......he leaned in slowly, said wroooooooonnnnnnnnggggggg in a very elongated but soft way and it was hysterical.

2. i don't think he is afraid to get into issues because I don't think he knows any better about how silly he sounds.....he basically has the same answer for all her "running circles".....which is we've done it your way and America is losing. The issue is unimportant because the answer is always the same. I don't think he is afraid. Dumb yes, afraid, no. And there us enough truth in his statements about America losing....of course it is more complex but that doesn't really matter.....some voters, even swing voters will eat that up.

I think she probably stop some of her campaign's recent bleeding last night and he didn't kill his. It was good in a way for both of them and bad for pretty much every other person in the country.

Neither hurt their bases, nor would I expect them to even if they proclaimed love of Hitler. I am curious if either one swayed third party people. The polls this week are likely to show a slight uptick for Clinton there but I'd guess things remain pretty steady.

That so many are mentioning the "wroooooooong" moment shows how juvenile he's made the process.

It's almost like he doesn't want to win... because it's all theater.

It was nice to see that the one point they could both agree on was helping bring fascism back (re using arbitrary no fly lists to restrict the civil liberties of citizens).

The coronation will proceed as expected...

The no fly list stuff was the one thing that really got me ticked at both of them. Sure some random bureaucrat puts your name on a random list, why shouldn't you lose your Constitutional rights over that?

My hope continues to be that at least 1 of them drops out (or better yet both do) for health reasons. We are soooooo screwed.

I didn't like hearing that either

She said that she wanted to fund her agenda by taxing the richest people and corporations.

Then when she tried blasting Trump on his trickle down plan, she said -- I just don't support top-down economics.

What she didn't say was -- unless it is taken from the top and handed down.

God help us all!

What's w/Trumps Grade 2 "I am rubber you are glue, what bounces off me sticks to you" tactic.

Clintion ain't no charm... By a zillion miles, but has an ounce of professionalism. Yeah she got down & dirty, but only threw his own words back in his face... Like: "pigs, slobs, & dogs." She is right, one has to be totally insane to vote for this sociopath Trump.

Are Americans really this phucked up in their personal lives that they find a guy that acts like Trump acceptable?

He made Clinton look like Mother Teresa. I never thought it was possible!

Class war talk is the left's bread and butter. She's not the broken record that Bernie was but she's still going to sign the song.

Heard a talking head make a point this morning that made sense: Hillary (no stranger to arrogance and being in charge) acted more like she was in charge and Trump spent too much of the night reacting to her with the interjections and "wrong"s.

That put her in a position of power in the debate--important presidential optics. He'd have been better off listening to her entire answers, then responding. I expect he'll do that more next time.

I honestly think the wroooooong stuff just exposes how juvenile this has been for a long time. He just makes it more obvious. I don't know whether to thank him or cry. I think it will get worse as time goes by even though I can't imagine how it could.

Kanye vs. Caitlyn 2020?

I feel badly for Romney, truly. I voted for him, liked him, and this election he's replaced by Trump. What awful timing.
