Lower standard - like creating voting laws that explicitly discriminate against blacks (North Carolina State Legislature as found by a conservative judge of Federal Appeals Court), systemic racial bias in policing and judicial policies (Baltimore, Ferguson), police policies that are unconstitutional (stop and frisk).....? Quick question: if video is released showing the man pointing a gun at the officer before being shot, what say you then? We all good, amirite? You may find correlation with racism in NC or Alabama because of the states' histories. But as was discussed earlier in the thread, poor rural whites also suffer at the injustices thrown at them by an oppressive government, yet everyone expects them to get over it.
