Its not racist to target a portion of the population which is responsible for the majority of crime. Note... its not because they are brown... its because the circumstances of which liberal policies (free abortions, section 8 housing, welfare for unwed mothers, "war on poverty", etc, etc...) have drawn them into the inner city hell holes that they are in. And why are they living in hell holes? Everybody should have a quality home just like everyone should have access to health care and clean drinking water. Instead of spending tax solllars to fund racist cops we should be pouring money into these communities to improve residents quality of life.
