Nobody thinks he if he had an off-season with the team he could be a better backup than VaJay Manuel or Josh Johnson? if he even showed up. traffic can get hectic sometimes. very stressful. Mallet is not in NE for a reason. BB knew Mallet was the early stages of a cancerous growth so he cut him out!
