Miyagi-Do Karate Posted October 26, 2015 Share Posted October 26, 2015 I would like to see a replay of that illegal block (by Randell Johnson, I think-- or whoever is 58). They showed Rex and another assistant talking on the sideline, and it seemed like they were fired up over that call. Wouldn't surprise me if it was a bad call, seeing as these same refs called woods for an illegal peel-back block, when he hit a guy running straight at him in the chest. More often than not he has the DAC look ( Dazed And Confused ) Other than the 1 penalty, the Special teams were pretty good today. Notice how they improved with a kickoff specialist? Jordan Gay - having a KO specialist taking up a roster spot is killing us but it hides the fact that we don't have a good kick coverage team unless the ball is 9 yards deep in the endzone 2. Colton Schmidt - is the man! this guy has to be top 5 best punter in the league at this point 3. ST's specific players - I've never seen so many on a roster before. We have like 10 guys who we keep around just for special teams when they are terrible position players otherwise Now Crossman has been exposed as a fraud. Anyone could look good with a roster catered towards ST's. And he has only looked mediocre. If you can't eliminate the penalties eliminate the coach, something needs to change. We had a pretty good special teams day yesterday.
