It's a fact that he's had a ton of carries, and backs tend to break down. I'm a football fan, not a doctor. Just stating what happens many times in the game of football. Teams have torn them up through the air so maybe try passing on 1st and 2nd down instead of playing for a manageable third down on every drive.
