Reading some of the locals comments on news sites these past few weeks, the major comment is the amount of money being spent on the manhunt. Idiots are saying they should just let them go free. I have a difficult time believing that there were no hospitals between Constable, NY and Albany that could handle his injuries. Saratoga Hospital and Glens Falls Hospital are two that come to mind. He wasn't driven, either. He was airlifted from Potsdam to Albany. I don't think any money was wasted on the search. You gotta find the guys. But I've got to question the hospital choice. For awhile he degraded to critical condition.,they were the closest hospital to,deal woth those injuries. The cop,was a great shot since it was his sidearm that shot him on the run. he hit,the right side, had he hit the left side one could speculate he would not be alive.They want him alive to hopefully confirm,what he is saying. Since they are reporting he is talking. Some media idiots are claiming there were more than the two insiders that helped this escape. meaning corruption within the prison. Heard a loudmouth cop on the radio today saying it wasn't a tough shot, and thinking what an idiot - hitting a moving target with a side arm is damn impressive. He is in stable condition and supposedly is talking to police, but the thought of paying his tab for the rest of his miserable life $)$! My wife was mad at me for rooting for these guys' escape. I'm sure the families of the people that these sociopaths raped, tortured, mutilated, dismembered, murdered might feel otherwise. Not to mention the people that had to live like prisoners in their own homes in fear while these nuts were on the loose. I think your wife totally gets it....
