I think it is great that these guys pour back into the community but do it and walk away already. Just not into the showboating. Maybe Im wrong but I have an issue with it. Ok that said, These guys are class acts just the same. I get your point. Generally I agree with this, but I don't think it's showboating here. Marcell is doing two good things by publicizing his gift: (1) showing that not every stud NFL player is a criminal of some sort (um, car racing aside); and (2) encouraging kids in his old neighborhood to have a great place to play and feel hopeful that they too can make it out of there. Yes , lets not forget how the kid was struggling emotionally not that long ago.
