  1. Don't you dare turn the milk sour!
  2. Alright.... Popular believe aside, there was a whole less drunkenness involved than thought. I participated in an online course named "Make your own story with PowerPoint and Word: Minecraft, ages 6+". It turned to be rather more kid oriented than I had anticipated. The assignment started with "Today I woke up and turned into an animal." From there we had to write a story following a format. Long story short, Mooo was the result. I just couldn't resist to share.
  3. Today I woke up and turned into an animal. I’m all black and white spotted, when I talk I seem to make a sound which sounds like moooooooooooo. My stomachs rumble. Wait what, I seem to have multiple stomachs. Boy do I feel like eating grass, fresh green grass, wet with early morning dew. There are a lot of mooos around me. Somehow, I seem to understand these mooos. There are a lot of rumooohs of a lion around. That does not sound too good. I just turned into a cow and I am far from ready to turn into a steak! Backtracking a bit from the herd I encounter this strange looking cow. It has horns. Before I’m able to moo him, he moos a wasssssup at me. I’m Biff Aloo. Have you heard the rumoohs about the lion I ask? Don’t you worry he mooos. All the Lions have left for Detroit with their tails tugged between their legs. Startled I wake up, for real this time.
  4. It would be nice to have someone post the Texans point of view in a similar way. There's always two sides to a story /history. Nice summary btw.
  5. Hmm, if anything the RB play is raising more questions. Gore? Just 4 touches for Singletary ? Did we really use the passing game to setup the running game? Motor? Errr, 4 good runs against a D set to protect the pass. Lot's of questions here imho. Is it o-line based? Is Gore gassed? Can Singletary cary any real load?
  6. Only if he gets to apply his own Brady rules... So jeah shouldn't be a problem...
  7. This, so much this. They used to offer a follow your team option with Gamepass but they now went full ripoff with their pricing scheme.
  8. Everybody knows that you don't add another injury prone TE in the mix, you add in a murderous one and go about winning Super Bowls.
  9. With NFL related revenue up by 10 billion over the past decade these fights will continue in an ongoing spiral circle.
  10. And Bill Barnwell thinks we'll open at 6. That's what the article was about.
  11. OP has taken this completely out of context. Bill Barnwell went out of his way to emphasize that he was NOT predicting 2019 performance but that he was trying to predict Vegas opening.
  12. Nice article. The amount of Swedish and German players makes sense as those countries also have the strongest amateur competitions in Europe. It surprises me to see the French absent from that list as they have been dominating the European fields for over a decade now. Might be a language thing; Omelette du Fromage!
  13. Yes, I reckon it's imminent but it may still be 10 years away. The NFL really does seem to be playing the long term game here. There is a very big practical issue at hand too; I can see players having some objections to be forced to move to Europe because they got drafted by the Monarchs for instance... Relocating/renaming an existing franchise seems to be the way the NFL prefers to deal with adding teams, it is where I would put my money if forced to bet. However they may well have some sort of big expansion scheme up their sleeves combined with a division reshuffle.
  14. In a game owned by billionaires, players are made millionaires and referees get to file for their expanses.
  15. They (Roger Goodell) killed off NFL Europe in favor of the NFL International series as it was named back then after the first game sold out 100.000 seats within 30 minutes. The original intend had been to have 1 real NFL game travel throughout the European continent. However the strong support in Wembley coupled with the historical success of the WLAF in Wembley years prior kept them in London. Expansion to 4 games was said to be the first step towards investigating the viability of an expansion in London as the European franchise. Many interviews have been given, which state so at least partly. It's a common recurring theme during interviews/press coverage leading up to games. All playoffs and Superbowl games have been on air in at least Sweden, the UK, the Netherlands and Germany for years, I can even get regular season games in the Netherlands although I prefer to watch through NFL Gamepass. Heck even Superbowl parties are starting to be a thing. The NFL has been trying to get a foothold ever since the mid nineties. I'm not sure if I would call it indoctrination, it a very different game from what is available in Europe. Interest rises with the understanding of the chess part of the game and the understanding of what is happening in what is perceived as downtime. Also the team will be named the London Monarchs as the NFL still owns those trademark rights. Also of note is that London is only 5 hours of EST and they speak the same language as long as it doesn't involve any joint painting in something other then black or white. Edit: also yes I'm alive! And now back to lurking mode...
  16. What a load of crock. Last year alone makes sure he doesn't qualify. 3 straight wins and we get this? We need like 9 more to land the playoffs. Then maybe, just maybe coach of the year material, but that is being overly optimistic already.
