Teams can pluck other teams PS players to their 53 man roster at almost any time---there is a restriction of pulling a player from your next opponents PS within a certain number of days. Better yet they could have called him at wallmart where he would have been working by mid-season if they needed him. His value in the NFL is to the Bills only.
