Sanchez released and goes to the CFL. Training camp comes, Tebow ends up in the CFL, too. Both play against each other next year.

Yeah, meanwhile Revis picks off Geno Smith twice in the Jets opener.

Sanchez is not getting cut due to his ridiculous cap hit even if they make it a post June 1st cut

No reason to cut him either, starts the season before giving way to Geno late

Only reason they haven't cut Tebow is bc they don't want to see Pats pick him up

Why is this something to celebrate if you're a Bills fan??

Honestly it would be wayyyy more fun with Sanchez and Gino together. Tebow doesn't matter anymore. Everyone is over him. I want to see how Gino responds when the NY press gets on him.

At this point, it may be better for the Jets to cut their losses and deal with the cap hit for Sanchez. they've already made moves to "improve" the QB situation with Garrard, so it wouldnt be killing their depth at all. Seriously, butt fumble- no other words necessary.

ESPN reported NY Jets would take a $12 million dollar cap hit if they cut Sanchez this year and a $4.8 million hit next year. He is going no where. Only hope is to unload Sanchez in a trade.

How much of a hit will they take next year if they keep him ? Their mistake was to give him the huge contract so early. At this point, they might as well cut their losses.
