Naaman Roosevelt Cut?

you're right -- says nothing of the sort. Probably just some BS post to gauge fan reaction.

Shades of Lou Saban with his arm around Daryl Lamonica and then Jack Kemp to gauge fan reaction? Not really. Don't think it works like that in today's world.

It's being reported other places. This is usually a credible site. My guess is he took it down, figuring saying "I'm going to have to find a new home", would diminish his chances of getting a practice squad offer. However they usually tell you about the PS when they tell you that you didn't make the 53 man roster.

As a UB grad, I really wanted to see him make it - even though I'm also a CHS grad and had a hard time rooting for a St. Joe's guy. I thought he played well, but they are pretty deep at WR. The only hope is that he makes it as a special teamer or else the practice squad.

Anybody know if Starks survived in Green Bay?

If Roosevelt were on New England, he'd catch 60 passes out of the slot. That's the same team that made Julian Edelman into another Welker. Naaman is a better receiver than Edelman (who played QB in college). The Bills just don't have a QB that gets him the ball and they haven't made him a focus target. If some team does, he will prove to be a really good player, imo.

Maybe it's because I don't have an account on twitter?

hmmmm, odd, I always thought you could read all the tweets without being a member, I'm seeing the tweet, but I am a member.

Lots of big hopes and dreams about to come to an end today, kind of sad. Talks about extending the season to 18 games indicate a possible increase in the 53 man roster and practice squad.

Myself personally, I really like the idea of 18 games in one respect because I love football, but I don't like how the increase would effect the record books when being compared to seasons past. Almost be like starting the seasonal record books all over again for the 3rd time.

If he said " thanks buffalo for all the support...but i think im a have to find a new home!!"

He meant " thanks buffalo for all the support....I'm on the roster, I'll make millions and I'm moving to Amherst"

We could be interpreting it the wrong way, but Roosevelt? I don't think so

I think Roosevelt makes the Practice Squad. No shame in that. No other team will take. Every team has a guy like Roosevelt in camp, I guy that looks good and "almost makes it".

He looked good but we need to see what Jackson and Johnson can do. They are veterans and have 3 years on him.

With Easley out, Nelson was clearly the best looking rookie WR. He will make the squad and be what Hardy was supposed to be.

Practice squad for some of these fellas is a great thing and I agree, no shame in that,

To a man the Buffalo Bills players have played real hard for Chan Gailey and the coaching staff and I wish everyone that doesn't make the team the very best of luck in the future.
