My guess is he took it down, figuring saying "I'm going to have to find a new home", would diminish his chances of getting a practice squad offer. I thought he played well, but they are pretty deep at WR. The only hope is that he makes it as a special teamer or else the practice squad. Anybody know if Starks survived in Green Bay? Naaman is a better receiver than Edelman (who played QB in college). The Bills just don't have a QB that gets him the ball and they haven't made him a focus target. Lots of big hopes and dreams about to come to an end today, kind of sad. Talks about extending the season to 18 games indicate a possible increase in the 53 man roster and practice squad. Myself personally, I really like the idea of 18 games in one respect because I love football, but I don't like how the increase would effect the record books when being compared to seasons past. Practice squad for some of these fellas is a great thing and I agree, no shame in that, To a man the Buffalo Bills players have played real hard for Chan Gailey and the coaching staff and I wish everyone that doesn't make the team the very best of luck in the future.
