    I look forward to conservatives being fair and balanced, and referring to one of their hopes for the future by his proper name of Piyush Jindal, and not his nickname of Bobby, which he said he calls himself because he was a fan of Bobby Brady on the Brady Bunch.

    I thought the answer was going to be that they all played too long and ended their careers with a wimper on teams that they're not remembered for. Rice - Oakland Reed - Washington Owens - Buffalo?

    Even if they improve their talent, given their coaching, schedule, and strength of AFC teams, I don't expect them to make the playoffs. There are at least 8 teams better than them; NE, Mia, Pitt, Bal, Indy, Tenn, Jax, SD. Then throw in NYJ, Hou, Den, and it will be tough to be in the top 6.

    This is Moore's 5th team in 4 years (NYR,Pitt,Min,Tor,Buf). Makes you wonder why he can't stick. I wasn't expecting a top talent, but at least get a solid vet like Bill Guerin or a power forward like Eric Cole, both of whom were moved for reasonable costs.

    Sabres traded Ales Kotalik to Edmonton for 2nd round pick, and then got Dominic Moore from Toronto for a 2nd round pick. If that's all they did, then they really didn't improve the team, and are telling the fans that they aren't serious about a playoff run this year with their lack of scoring, and soft play by most of the defense.

    This is why they got him instead of someone like Biron who could step in as a starter: The 29-year-old is earning US$800,000 and will be an unrestricted free agent this summer. He's just going to be a backup for Lalime, and they'll let him go after the season.

    I was hoping they would trade him and get some gritty defenseman. He got a $1m increase over the $3.5m he currently makes. He's just one hit away from being out of the lineup again for an extended length. It's not like they're scoring with him in the lineup.     They cancel this but keep shows like The Bachelor on, go figure. I know it's about ratings, but if that was all people cared about All in the Family and Seinfeld would never have survived. Sometimes these new shows get popular during the summer reruns. I predict that when he goes back to the present time, Annie will be something like the chief of detectives.

    Oh I'll go there, because it was a clusterf#$k to put our troops in the middle of that mess. If they weren't allowed to shoot, then that's on Reagan for agreeing with that restriction.

    The Sabres are more likely to drop down to the Leafs level than the Leafs are to climb to the Sabres level. Started eating Quaker Oatmeal to Go Bars instead of PopTarts. Got the bulk box at BJs. They're more nutritious, and you can microwave them in their wrapper. Oatmeal Raisin, Banana Bread, and Brown Sugar Cinnamon flavors.
