  1. Agreed. Plus, Washington cant love Keenum either. Rosen has to have more upside than Keenum and Smith's leg? A 2nd rounder worth be worth it just as a backup QB on a cheap deal for 3 years... I don't get it.
  2. At this point the only thing Beane could do in the draft to shock me would be to stay put and actually use the 10 draft picks.
  3. Use one of our 4 or 5's unless we use them to trade up. Really feel like we'll only draft 7 or maybe 8 players.
  4. What is his estimated draft round?
  5. I went with NO as well. He has value but not near the 12 million. Plus as we all know the old regimes players are mostly gone.
  6. Or do they have FitzPICKtrick? He has the ability to be both and it seemed always the wrong one at the wrong time.
  7. The more qb's before 9 the merrier. I just barely see 2. Dolphins are full tank mode, I bet they don't take one in the 1st round this year.
  8. I agree. Hopefully the gel quickly as they are all vets.
  9. Getting the best starting 5 figured out should lead to some interesting camp battles.
  10. Man it's been a long week. I just got that. Almost spit out my scotch! I am now following this hilarious account title.....
  11. Couple of takeaways from the JP high light video. 1) Those uniforms were butt ugly 2) how many times did Evans get behind a defense 3) some of those scores were quite lopsided. I really wanted JP to be the answer.....
  12. If they trade up from 9 they absolutely have to find a way to keep # 40 and next years #1. Say 1 3 & 5 This year and a 2 or 3 next....
  13. I wonder what that would cost?
  14. I was going to start a very similar thread but I'm lazy. I could see him trading up now that we have filled a bunch of holes in FA. Beane likes to trade up for players he covets (Allen, Edmunds, Zay, & Dawkins). I wish we knew the players he loves.... Also I prefer to trade back into the bottom of the 1st than make a trade up from 9. Edit: Beane was not here for trade up for Zay & Dawkins. Seems like he's been here longer than he has.
  15. Agreed. However Tate is wrong side of 30 and Humphries is trending upwards.
  16. I knew Bakay was Buffalo, I was unaware of Fichtner. Pretty cool. Thanks.
  17. At a price of $500 per video. Somewhat relieved it fell through. He wants a serious pay increase. JA doesn't need this headache.
  18. That is a dream scenario off-season. No way we spend that much. It would free up the draft for BPA every round. I just can't see us overpaying for each of those positions. Maybe 1 or 2....
  19. Shocked at some of the negative stats next to Tevin Coleman. I wonder how much he signs for and where. There are some interesting OL under 30 on that list. Any addition could free up the draft for a true BPA.
  20. I like Moncrief's age, price and upside. I like TW next because he did produce when he wasn't buried in the depth chart but his price might be through the roof as the market is thin. I'd prefer to develop Zay in the slot, but Beasly would be cheaper than Humphries if you want to throw in the towel on Zay. John Brown seems to play a similar spot as Foster and Foster is much cheaper and looks to have more upside..
  21. I've heard the tank story as well. They're still a possibility though. Also might wan to add the Broncos as I don't think Keenum is the answer.
  22. Also the soon to be Tanneyless Fish.
  23. The Superbowls when the Pats* win, sometimes the halftime show and the commercials can make a huge difference (oh and lots of adult beverages!). I would assume if you are going to the game and pay as much for the ticket and hotel you'd prefer some national act vs some local high school band?
  24. Hopefully Wade can make a few adjustments to cover this weakness. It helped that Talib is healthy again.
  25. I remember working out at Balleys in OP in the early 90's and this beast on the bench press where the barbell would bow when he pressed it. It turned out to be Parella. Quite impressive. Not sure why Levy didn't trade him for something. Just out right cut him for NADA, typical Bills fashion in the old days.
