  1. The line definitely has plenty of room for improvement. Good thing its a long season. I liked seeing McCoy sitting in with the OL on the sidelines and talking over the blocking strategies.
  2. I couldn't care less about some bull **** noise rating. I want the fans to be loud enough to disrupt the *Pats offensive play calls and snaps and draw some penalties. Playing in front of a ridiculously loud crowd at the Ralph will be the home field advantage the Bills need to take down the Cheaters.
  3. Stevie was the kind of player that would drive you crazy. He made so many good plays and then would make that one boneheaded play when the game was on the line (fumble, drop, penalty).
  4. My voice still hasn't fully recovered from the Indy game. I might not be able to talk all next week. This Sunday is going to be awesome. LET'S GO BILLS.
  5. I think it would be tremendous if the Bills handed out a sign with a huge Asterisk on it to all fans entering the stadium. Seeing 70,000 fans each holding up an asterisk would be fantastic. I suggested it to Howard and Jeremy at WGR as well since they always hand out signs at the games.
  6. Technically, Cassel started the game under center, so Tyrod still doesn't have a start. And he didn't throw for over 300 yds so he stinks, am I Right?
  7. Too many holding penalties from Cordy Glenn
  8. Thanks for posting these. The Wi-Fi actually worked for the preseason games. It was great. I have Verizon and get poor cellular connection and no Data connection in the stadium. It was nice to be able to use Wi-Fi and post to FB and Twitter before the game and stay connected during.
  9. in my opinion Tim was used by someone in the organization who wanted to make Whalley look bad or who did not want any part of the blame for cutting Fred. Maybe Russ or a marketing guy got peeved because Fred worked with them a lot with advertisers.
  10. Is it possible Clayton was confused by Simms getting cut and thought it was Cassel?
  11. Carucci tweeted about 15 minutes ago that he spoke with Cassel after practice and it was Cassel's understanding the Bills were keep 3 QBs and Cassel was going to be one of them. Sal Capaccio tweeted the same thing. Either something changed quickly of this ESPN thing is untrue
  12. and then cut again tomorrow at Noon.
  13. I would assume they will make the majority of the cuts before practice. Why practice guys just to cut them? Why risk injury?
  14. Bryce Brown didn't fumble at all. He had the ball ripped out of his hands once when he was already laying on the ground. That's not a fumble. He was fine. This ridiculous perception of him fumbling all the time is not accurate.
  15. Precisely. Letting Levitre walk looks like a solid decision too. (not that it was all his decision)
  16. every NFL suspension should be contested in court from now on. The NFL legal team just can't win.
  17. unless its a former first round pick named Andrew Luck, I'm not interested in that deal.
  18. 6yr $109m 58.5m Gtd (sadly Kyle Williams will get cut next offseason and Mario will restructure to help pay for it)
  19. I like John Wawrow. Seems to be well connected and isn't thin skinned like Tim Graham. Tim also has good sources but he carries himself like a 12yr old girl most of the time. Ty Dunne and Matt Fairburn have written some interesting pieces about the Bills lately.
  20. Definitely concerned. The young man struggled mightily. That said, they haven't game planned and they didn't give him any help. I think it will be a different story in the regular season, but it is something to keep an eye on. I'd love to see them pick up a starting quality CB or Safety on the wire. McKelvin will hopefully be back soon too. So they should be OK.
  21. As people on this board have said repeatedly about the QB competition, it was not simply about how they performed in games. Many factors went into the decision. Cassel was beaten out by both of the other QBs. Both of them are younger than he is. Both have greater upside potential. Both fit the style of offense better. I would say Cassel was himself. He performed about as well as he was expected to. Unfortunately for him, the other two competitors stepped up their game and he did not. He is what he is, and that is not good enough.
  22. sure, if we are 8-2 or better. Meh is not winning more than 3 of those last 6 games.
  23. I think he meant that those contracts would likely be off the books heading into 2016. I don't think he expects them all to be cut/traded now.
  24. Technically Tyrod is a veteran. Hes been in the league 5 years. And EJ is going into his 3rd.
