He does hustle when the play goes by him...But remember he's initially blocked at the point on most of those plays...If you think he's doing anything great I would suggest putting on the tape and watching him every down...Just prepare for the disappointment...And believe me when I tell you no one could possibly be more disappointed than I am...He's no where near the player he should be...Not even close...We're talking about the #3 overall pick in a Draft that saw AJ Green, Patrick Peterson, Julio Jones, and JJ Watt Drafted right after him...Dareus' impact should be FAR greater...He gets and stays blocked too much...He's got surprisingly limited quickness and ability to penetrate with explosion...He should be WAY better...But he's not...

I've watched Dareus a ton this year...I mean a lot...He is my favorite player basically...But I have to say that yes, he is double teamed some, but no where near as much as you would think...I've seen KW double teamed FAR more often...What I have seen from Dareus is no explosion off the ball, and once he's stood up it's over, unless the play goes behind him, then he does generally hustle...But you don't Draft a DT at #3 overall to catch RB's from behind...Believe me...If Dareus was all he is supposed to be this Defense would be WAY better...He needs to shed 25 lbs and channel the spirit of Warren Sapp...He's underachieving in a BIG way...

Well...If that's the case then Nix should actually go before Gailey...It's one thing for the Coach...It's another for the GM to not only believe the Coach, but also to ignore the possibility... hell the strong possibility that the Coach could be mistaken...It's Nix job to try and improve this Team every day, at every Position...No one on this earth thought Fitz was a Franchise QB...Yet Nix goes 3 straight Drafts and takes one QB...In the 7th Round no less...

Agreed...Safest bet is simply to lose out and get #1 overall...Or hope whoever Picks ahead in the Top 3 or so does not have even a sliver of a QB need...Which is pretty rare...

Or at least higher than in the past...And it's not that they lost 2 Games, it's more how they lost them...If Bills fans were told they would lose to the jets on the road, and to the pats at home before the Season started I think most of us would have at least thought it was possible...But if we were told those two teams would combine for almost 100 points in those 2 games, the way this D was hyped??? I'm sure most Bills fans would have thought that impossible...But it happened...And folks are pissed... Well... 0-12 would probably land us Geno Smith... Just saying...

At Halftime of the NE Game, while the Bills had the lead, I stated that IF the Pats continue to Run the Ball like they had in the 1st Quarter it was going to get ugly...It did because the Bills D had nothing left in the 4th Quarter...They were beaten down and embarrassed...I'll take my chances stopping the Run Game 100% of the time...Sure the great QB's will beat you every now and again...But I still think it's the best way to win on D consistently...
