In that old scenerio I'm pretty sure somebody from The Bills would have a heart-attack while running the card up for Geno Smith... Seriously, If Nix and Gailey are still around, I would worry about their blood-pressure if Geno is still there, and we're on the clock...Heck, I would appreciate if one of Y'all called me just to be certain I made it through should that pipe-dream happen...

No offense...But there is no way, under any possible definition, that we can say Dareus has worked out so far...Unless of course we were looking for an average, over-weight, DT that has limited impact in most games...If that's what we were looking for when we Drafted Marcell, then it's worked out just fine... He was the 3rd overall pick...He was Drafted to be an impact DT...He was Drafted before 5 of the most talented young players in the NFL (AJ Green, Patrick Peterson, JJ Watt, Julio Jones, and Aldon Smith)...Dareus has had his moments, and he has completely disappeared too...More importantly he has been in the middle of a D-Line that has been historically bad for 23 games now...He's a part of that...A BIG part of that...And there is no way that has worked out to plan whatsoever...Just saying...

Maybe some folks are stretching a bit...Marcell certainly has plenty of time to turn it around...But "everyone from that class is unproven?" I mean...I'm guessing you've seen Patrick Peterson, AJ Green, JJ Watt, Julio Jones, and Aldon Smith play...Right?

It's hard to argue in favor of Nix Draft record so far...VERY hard...It is what it is...

RGIII is a Rookie...He's playing with a Rookie starting HB...His top WR has been out most of the year...And it's only Pierre Garcon...It's not like he's Megatron...Other than that what does he have? Santana Moss? Talk to me in a couple years if we still have Fitz...We'll see how much better The Skins are then...

We need speed at LB, and I don't know if Morrison can get that done...But the way Barnett looks...Like he's moving in quicksand some plays...I'm not sure it could hurt...I'd also like to see them stick with Bradham outside, and maybe get Chris White in the middle just to see what that would do...Maybe even move Moats inside...All I know is what they are doing now at LB is just terrible...Just awful...

I would not be surprised at all...Chan is not a young man either...There could be plenty of excuses why he would hang his hat up... What I am more interested in...Is what then? What is the idea/plan if... Personally...And this is just me...I would then get rid of Nix, promote Whaley, and hire Perry Fewell...That's how I would start... Ideas?

BUT...Shanny now has a Franchise QB in tow, a good young RB, and some talent on the O-Line...The Defense was pretty solid before the injuries...A couple years from now Washington should be VERY good...There is SERIOUS hope in Washington...We have NONE...

It amazes me how some Coaches, like Wanny, are not better students...A DC like LaBeau is the master...Why not LEARN form that? The fact that The Bills continue to run out this failed scheme week after week is mind-numbing...Put on the tapes Dave...Learn something... I think this is what happens when you grab Coaches who are removed from having big-time success in the NFL either as Coordinators or Assistants...When was Wanny last considered a great Defensive mind in the NFL? Or even in College? When was Gailey considered a great HC ever? You get what you get when you hire Coaches like that...It rarely works...The NFL moves WAY too fast...

Agreed...Lived in Charlotte for the better part of the last 21 years, and I was shocked to see Hurney made it as long as he did...Especially after Fox got the boot...

I know there was an Article during Training Camp that he was 340 plus...He was fine with it btw...From what I can remember at least...He was 319 at his Combine...

They just get beat by tough Offensives...Especially against tougher O-Lines...Not necessarily multi-talented Offenses...But tougher one's...They get out-toughed...

Hopefully The Bills go on to crush the Titans...But I have to say I had a bad feeling about this Game...And that opening drive pretty much summed up what I was thinking...This Titans team physically thumped the Bills last year...I don't like this match-up...We'll see...
