I seldom see his name in the mix of potential QB's on this board. I don't know a ton about
him but as a Heisman finalist he must have some fairly serious skills. Does his game not
translate to the NFL? Why does everyone rate Landry, Glennon et al , superior to him?

I don't think Campbell is necessicarily better than anything we have. He throws a nice deep ball but lacks the quick instincts to find the open guy much like our QB's. He also seems to have a slow release. He's a better than average back up , thats it. Not worth a draft pick, at least not one of ours.
Totally agree. I'm tired of getting beat at the line of scrimmage on bothe sides of the ball. However, I would have to look long and hard if Lefevre is sitting there in the third.
Exactly! All Travis wants is to go somewhere he can be a starter. I don't blame him a bit. Not to mention the opportunity for a big contract in the future if he plays well. Not sure what the "don't let the door hit you" stuff is all about. We just need to get value for him.
