  1. Absolutely. Can TT carry the team on his back?
  2. Tough opener. Ravens 24-17. If the Bills pull off a win, it will be on TT's back.
  3. He's too accurate for a Whaley QB draft pick.
  4. Congrats on making the Bills! If you're going to have a high-motor lunch-pailer on your team in this day-and-age, it might as well be a Gronk.
  5. Much rather make the playoffs, but if not, I'll take that.
  6. Unleash TT and keep him healthy. He is the only hope.
  7. Too bad we signed Fitz and TO, or that draft pick we would've gotten for JP would've been pretty sweet. Judging by what they've shown on the field, i figure EJ will bring about the same value.
  8. i forget, what did the Bills get for JP when he left town?
  9. Definitely way past time to move on, but I would've still left Cardale at #3. DW should've had a caretaker QB in here earlier to learn the system. If TT goes down this year for any length of time, the finger of blame will be clearly pointing his way.
  10. Impossible. Dierdorf? Maybe.
  11. Yep. Cool thread though.
  12. This. Maybe better if TT can put the team on his back.
  13. By competent, I don't think Rex's D will be great, nor will they be a trainwreck. They will be good enough to win with though if Roman takes the training wheels off TT and he starts lighting things up. TT can be that damn good, but he has to stay on the field, or it will be disaster-time unless Cardale can pull off another miracle.
  14. I'm not sold that DW was the main proponent for extending TT (Pegs, w/ Rex & Box Office Russ) but he did get it done. Even though it looked that way, my quoting and changing of your post wasn't really directed at you, it was for all the Rex haters out there. Unlike the Bills FO, he has actually accomplished something positive in this league & I'm more than willing to give him the benefit of the doubt for last year right now.
  15. Also, I understand it's against every instinct to give praise to Rex and I understand where that kind of trauma stems from... but I believe in giving credit where credit is due.
  16. It's crystal clear who Whaley's guy was. Locking TT up is great, but it doesn't excuse the epic mishandling of the QB position in 2013-2014. I give DW no credit for TT at all. I will gladly give him credit for Hughes, Darby, and Corey Graham. If Sammy, Shady, and Clay prove to be worth the draft picks & $ spent, I will give him credit for them too.
  17. No, but it's still a QB-driven league, and thanks to Rex, it looks like the Bills finally have a QB that you can win with.
  18. This team will be fun to watch as long as TT is on the field, and that makes me happy. Even without MD (for awhile) and the draft picks, Rex will still field a competent D. Unleash TT, pray that he stays healthy, and see what happens.
  19. May not be subconscious if he really wanted out bad enough. I wouldn't be surprised if all those extra pounds are gone once his suspension is up.
