  1. Former job I had was the same way. They were okay with leaving a tip on our expenses, as long as we did not go over 20%. If we wanted to leave more, we'd have to leave cash. And they also would not allow alcohol as an expense.

  5. I used to carry one when I was doing pin pad installs so I could show the employees what would happen when someone tried to use a cancelled card. It helps when the customer starts saying “it must be your machine, my card is good!!!” that they know what is happening by what the register is showing on the screen.
  6. 10% for take out at typical sit down restaurants. 20% if I'm dining in. Pizza delivery - I used to live within two miles of three pizza joints. When I'd order delivery, I'd try to get my bill just about $15, so when the driver would arrive, I could just hand them a $20 and tell them to keep the change. Pretty soon, they all learned it was an quick and easy $5, so when I'd order and was told 45-60 minutes for a delivery, it never happened. I was always getting mine in about 30 minutes or less.
  7. OMG?!?!?! We are just hearing about this now? Did no one notice this when the schedule came out a month ago?!?!?!?
  8. Wasn't there something, either in the end of T2 or one of the other movies, that all they did was delay the start of Skynet?
  9. Just curious, if anyone has old calendars from the Bills camps, how many days they usually did in the early 2000's compared to now. I've tried Google and the Wayback Machine but have been coming up empty.

  11. As long as they have his families permission to do it, I'd be okay with it.

  13. Reminds me of the old joke about the four friends that claimed they had a flat tire and missed the test, so the teacher agreed to let them take it later. After seating them in different parts of the classroom, they start the test. First question - Which tire was flat?
  14. Wait, did you actually walk, or just sit in that chair and poke people with your stick?
  15. Challenge accepted.
