Anyone have a negative eBay selling experience?

Send all of your saved correspondence to the arbitrator and tell him of your suspicions that it was used for a project and now he wants it returned. Also show him the scans the guy says are flawed that aren't actually flawed. You also need to show the arbitrator that you told him no returns. Good luck. I think you'll win this if you fight it. -
A good friend of mine, who's a Bills fan, actually defended that pick to me when they took him. I might call him tonight.

Consumer Reports Issues a "Don't Buy:Safety Risk"
Steely Dan posted a topic in Off the Wall Archives
Link NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- Consumer Reports has issued a safety warning on Toyota's 2010 Lexus GX 460 SUV because of an increased rollover risk during a turn. The magazine says it uncovered the problem during routine tests, and is urging car shoppers not to buy the GX 460 until this problem has been remedied. -
McShay is showing the Bills with the #41 and #42 picks

If TB gave the Bills the 42nd pick for ML I'd laugh til I almost died at their stupidity. That would be a GREAT trade for Buffalo!! -

Gold Digger Who Accused Santonio Holmes Is SOL

Link Steelers President Art Rooney II was described as "furious" by some after watching a news conference from Milledgeville, Ga., Monday afternoon that detailed in graphic terms some of Mr. Roethlisberger's escapades with a drunken 20-year-old woman. Mr. Rooney later issued a statement that the organization will consider the "next steps in this process" after consulting with Mr. Goodell. Mr. Rooney said the commissioner will meet with Mr. Roethlisberger in the next few days. ___________________________________________ Mr. Roethlisberger took no questions from the gathered media of about 50. It was the second time in nine months he had read a statement from a podium at the Steelers facility in response to a sexual assault claim by a woman. However, while coach Mike Tomlin and personnel head Kevin Colbert stood in the front of the room in obvious support of their quarterback while he faced the media last summer, Mr. Roethlisberger stood alone Monday. He was sued last year by a woman in Nevada who claims he sexually assaulted her. He was not criminally charged in that case. ___________________________________________ Multiple Steelers sources indicated that Mr. Rooney is considering various types of punishment for his quarterback, including suspension from a game or games in 2010. It's also possible the NFL could take that decision out of Mr. Rooney's hands by issuing a suspension under the league's conduct policy. In his statement, Mr. Rooney said: "During the past few weeks I have met with Ben on a number of occasions, not only to discuss this incident but also to discuss his commitment to making sure something like this never happens again. "The Pittsburgh Steelers take the conduct of players and staff very seriously. Ben will now have to work hard to earn back the respect and trust of Steelers fans, and to live up to the leadership responsibilities we all expect of him." Gold Digger Who Accused Santonio Holmes Is SOL

One thing I was not aware of before is that Roethlisberger was buying the girl shots all night. That makes me start thinking more about his guilt. I thought it was just some random chick. -
Well I'm sure that's one issue that wont show up in the Spitzer's house.

Losing a pet is really hard. Only people who've owned pets understand that. I'm really sorry to hear about your dog. He's waiting for you in the afterlife and he's in a great place right now chasing slow, fat and declawed cats. When you get a new dog he'll be happy that you saved a brother from being put down. I lost a cat that was only six months old and so I know how painful it is. At least you have a lot of fond memories and I'm sure you gave him a great life. I think part of the difficulty in losing a pet is that they can't talk. I think it would be easier to see them go if they could talk and were constant complainers; "It's dinnertime A-hole and my bowl's empty!!", "I can't wait til morning!! Get up and let me out or you'll step in it first thing in the morning!!", "You really expect me to 'beg' for that!! Dude you're sick!", "Grrrr, I was on the couch first, just deal with it ya bastard!!", "Dude if you want that damn ball so bad go get it yourself and then hold on to it, frickin dillweed!!", "No, if you don't wanna watch me lick 'em YOU can leave the room!"

I'm hoping they grab Morgan even if Clausen is there.

Thomas will not be there when the Bills pick in the second round. JMO

The TOP 500 draft eligible players.....
Steely Dan replied to papazoid's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Papazoid you freaking rock!!! Morgan has played at 280 before so packing on the pounds shouldn't be too hard for him. IMO, that is a meaningless stat. Leif Larsen did a great number of reps too but was a failure. A guy who did 25 reps could be a much better player using leverage and technique. -
Very Cool!

Link Jared Gaither-T- Ravens Apr. 11 - 1:08 pm et Restricted free agent LT Jared Gaither has a "half-baked work ethic," according to Ken Murray of the Baltimore Sun. Perhaps this explains why the Ravens are rumored to be willing to trade Gaither. It's pretty clear Baltimore is not planning on giving Gaither the long-term deal that he wants right now. Source: Baltimore Sun From the Baltimore Sun article; The Ravens should have takers for Gaither, if, in fact, they have had enough of his half-baked work ethic. Gaither would have a better starting point than raw rookies coming into the NFL, but those top rookies probably have a better long-term projection. I don't know if I'd spend a second on him.

I'm a super draft geek and bought them all. TSN's is the best for over the counter mags but PFW Draft Preview is the best of the reasonably priced ones. http://www.pfwstore.com/detail.aspx?ID=684 -
Santonio Holmes traded to the Jets!!
Steely Dan replied to sven233's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This is not a good sign for a Marshawn Lynch trade. Holmes is facing a four game suspension this year and all the Steelers got was a 5th rounder. What will the Bills get for a guy thisclose to being suspended for a year? They let their leading rusher go. I think letting TJ go will haunt them this year. SG looked good in limited action but who is going to back him up? If they have to rely on Sanchez to win games then they'll struggle. JMO -
I'd bet that any ESPN radio station will carry it. On the internet; http://espn.go.com/espnradio/ Or; http://www.sportsradio950espn.com/ WGR is the local ESPN affiliate.

More Proof PFT Is Mentally Challenged

Crack is a horrible drug. Yes, I'm positive the Bills win more than 6 games this year. Would anyone really trade Eric Wood and Shawn Nelson for Peters today?
