I doubt Bills go WR early in the draft now and will focus their attention on OL, LB, maybe even TE depending how situation with Chandler turns out.

I think it is a new rule the league is implementing after having a hard time filling spot this past year. If the Bills were forced to do it I wouldn't mind. At least they can be entertaining off the field versus the horror show I have been subjected to watching for the past 14 years.

Now I don't know what sources Pat Moran has inside the Bills Org but it is not far fetched and reason why I was disappointed with the way Marrone has handled things. Hilliard wasn't one of Marrone's "guys" and Crossman was. The reasons made for Crossman was that there wasn't enough special team guys. If you go by that reasoning seems Hilliard and Driesbach got the short end of the stick. Hilliard was working with only 1 proven receiver. Driesbach had a below average LB core with a rookie who exceeded everyone's expectations. Can't wait for the magical 7-9 season where we finally get back into the playoffs.

I think the point most people are making. Crossman hasn't done anything to prove that he is a good coach. There is a pattern of bad special team units run by this guy. He should be accountable just like the players since he had a hand in picking them.

Heard Jeremy White on WGR mention that Crossman has been retained. Bad move on Marrone's part the whole accountability spiel is a joke.

People are up in arms over letting Rogers go. What did he have like 1 catch yesterday. I mean no one said the kid wasn't talented. However, it takes much more than that to make it in this league. I have no problems with the Bills cutting him. He is young and immature a kid who needs to do some growing up. Hopefully, he makes it because he can really become a good player.

I think Colt Lyeral will go undrafted at which point I wouldn't mind bringing him into training camp like we did with Rogers last year. If kid can prove himself and keep clean fine if not no big loss.

I think it is a legit concern and hopefully doesn't turn into another Daunte Culpepper situation whose career went downhill due to knee issues.

Agree Sheldon Richardson deserves honor guy is a stud and has played well all year. However, voters may go for flash over substance so Kiko still has a good shot. I think with his drop in play in the 2nd half he should probably be #3 after Richardson and Lotulelei.

I will be extremely disappointed if Marrone keeps his buddy Crossman. It will demonstrate nothing has really changed at OBD. Special teams unit has been undisciplined and terrible the entire year.

Try to trade back again to the middle of the first and see if we can pick up an extra 2nd. OT, LB, TE/WR are major needs in my opinion. S is another big need if Byrd is not back next year. Running stuffing DT as well someone who can be groomed to replace Kyle Williams.

Either we step up to the plate and pay him. Otherwise tag and trade him. We don't want another repeat of this year.

Apparently EJ Manuel was at the top of the Jets draft board over Geno Smith. We were able to trade back and draft Kiko Alonso which was a bonus. Hopefully the Bills picked the right guy for the job. Manuel gets another year before we start looking for a replacement. I think it is very important to put some offensive weapons around him and to fix the oline this year.

As a Bills fan it is a yearly tradition where we look forward to next year after another disappointing season. If EJ played I think he would have put up comparable stats as Thad did which was nothing special. The key to today's victory was our ability to run the ball down the dolphins throats. The Bills are playing for the future and are banking on the upside of their rookie QB. The biggest concern with EJ has been his inability to stay healthy. He has missed valuable development time which has hampered his progress.

EJ Manuel gets another year from me. However, if he doesn't make significant strides they should look to draft another QB in 2015. The team needs to build around EJ. Gailey masked the deficiency with the o-line where we thought they were actually good. They are average and major improvements are needed. TE needs to be upgraded and Chandler should not be resigned. I would keep Stevie for another year but draft a WR in the middle rounds until a suitable upgrade can be found. If someone gives me a 1st and mid round pick I would trade Spiller. I just don't believe he is a every down back. It all starts up front the running game was supposed to take the pressure off and it is unfair for people to expect our rookie QB to carry the team.

I am willing to give Hackett the benefit of the doubt he gets another year just because he is breaking in a rookie qb. Hackett is a rookie as well and learning on the job. I have to believe Marrone has a big part in the offense so if anything they are both to blame. However, Crossman needs to go special teams have been bad all year. His body of work has proven he is not a quality coach so I am curious if Marrone is willing to fire his friend.

Game going to come down to turnovers. Tuel needs to manage the game and avoid making them against the NFL's best. This defense needs to step up today and take over the game.

All for trying to make this team better. Ross was getting pushed around out there and displayed next to nothing when on the field.
