Good gawd, this is very telling.

You lost all credibility with that one.

I actually thought the same thing afterwards...poor Rifleman, put into that position by a coach who was nothing more than a typing teacher.

On to Minnesota (get this game in the rear view mirror!)
Ned Flanders replied to Chandler#81's topic in The Stadium Wall
I'm now oddly at peace with the fact that Josh probably is out this Sunday. A ball control game with a stout defensive effort can win this game. A lot of swing passes to Hines and Cook, some hard running by Singletary and a Milano/Miller-led fired up defense are all key. Oh, and a loud Ralph is also needed (but that's a given). Let's get the win and start getting the walking wounded back on the field vs. Cleveland. -
There was a great documentary on Amazon Prime a while ago on Peter Green and that era of Fleetwood Mac. Cost $1.99 to watch now, but well worth it. https://www.amazon.com/Green-Peter-Story-Man-World/dp/B01KI263NW The Peter Green era, then the Bob Welch Mac, produced some fine music.

I was at that game and as I recall, with one second left, the Vikings did the fire drill on the kick return, which seemed like it took five grueling minutes to end.

Week 9: Bills at Jets - Sunday Nov. 6th 1pm

I like the Eagle/Davis team, both very knowledgeable without the Fox-inspired hyperbole. -
Will the Vikings game get Flexed?
Ned Flanders replied to Captain Caveman's topic in The Stadium Wall
Let's leave sex out of it...simply put, Cowboys v. Pack isn't going anywhere. Dallas will not get flexed out of a 4:25 or SNF slot in anyone's lifetime. -
I seriously doubt the Bills/Jets move to 4:25. No matter the records, the key here is Brady and CBS now gets limited broadcasts with him since he moved to the NFC. I can't see CBS wanting the switch. LA/west Florida is more eyeballs than NY/WNY.

I also obsess over this stuff and found that Mitchell and Ness and Ebbets Field Flannels are often times lazy in their depiction of throwback gear. Also, in the late 80s, early 90s, some players had the "TV" numbers on the shoulders, while others had them on the sleeves. Jamie Mueller and Flip Johnson come to mind.
-
Actually, much more affordable than you would think...probably cheaper than a Marlins at Mets game on a Tuesday night...but that's a story for another day.
-
Nope, any game past week 5 can be flexed either in or out of Sunday night and in or out of the 4:00 time slot.

I know of no DTV package that includes just Red Zone. No such animal exists.

NFL Week 7 2022 TV Broadcast Maps and Schedule
Ned Flanders replied to chongli's topic in The Stadium Wall
The level of announcing talent at CBS is miles above Fox. I REALLY like the Ian Eagle/Charles Davis pairing. Harlan/Green is good and I may be in the minority, but I like Nantz/Romo as well. -
They're certainly a rival now and therefore, there are certain things I despise about the Chiefs: That Captain Kangaroo-looking coach of theirs...now he's in another annoying State Farm commercial. That stupid wolf or coyote who's always under the goal posts...I do like it when he bangs his head on the upright though, which means we've scored. Kelce They beat the Bills to go to SB I. Back in my misguided youth, I was a Raiders fan, and they beat the Raiders for the 1969 AFL championship. I'll think of more as the day goes on.
