Was looking at going to the Vikings game in May and had a chance at 8 tix under $100 each...now I'm kicking myself I didn't jump on them. The price of success... Makes me long for the days before technology when I could roam the bus lot and pick up a ticket for $5 because some poor schmuck overslept and missed the bus and the group leader would just take anything to get rid of the ticket.

September games in Florida should be in the 4:00 window...just sayin'

Hate to see this Hokie go...I thought he played exceptionally well in the preseason. -
WTF kind of question is this?!?!?!

Was thinking the same thing...poor headline, we all saw the play last night.

I, for one, like the daily GMFB threads and don't think they should be buried with the "hype" videos. It's often timely, relevant news and discussion. My $.02 (American)

Been looking for tix in Baltimore for the Bills October game there...nothing really less than $200. Looks to be the most desired game there, bigger than Steelers. -
Saw an excellent documentary on the Bee Gees on HBO Max over the weekend...highly recommend. Here's one of my favorites from 1975.

I migrated from the D&C cyberBills site…or something like that. I’m old. -
Finally got around to watching the second half last night, but good gawd, Blackshear was all over the place. My daughter goes to Tech, I watch the games and I was surprised when he wasn't drafted. We'll see how he does against Denver, but he could make things interesting in an already crowded backfield.

Marv Levy was asked after a game once, "Was this a 'must win' situation?" The coach replied, "No, World War II was a 'must win' situation." -
In my misguided youth, Daryle Lamonica was my favorite player and the Raiders my favorite team. They always seemed to be on TV and their games with the rival Chiefs were always special. The Mad Bomber moniker only added to the legend. The Oakland offense, with Fred Biletnikoff, Warren Wells and others was so fun to watch. Hindsight is always 20/20 and this trade was no exception...Lamonica belongs in the Hall of Fame.

Ken Burns wanted him to narrate Baseball, but McCullough told him he wasn't a fan, so Burns turned to former NBC news anchor John Chancellor. -

Remember this team well, thanks for posting. Some observations: An Al Cowlings sighting, who became best know for the quote, "My name is AC, you know who I am godamnit!" Great classic NFL Films music, including "The Happy Runner," appropriately, at the 15:36 mark Alvin Wyatt's odd single-bar facemask J.D. Hill with his entire name on the back of his jersey -
