Falcons hire Rams DC Raheem Morris as head coach
Captain Hindsight replied to Draconator's topic in The Stadium Wall
I’m not. He’s a good coach, but he certainly hasn’t made any crazy impression in the game. His offenses has been hand it to Henry for his entire tenure. Defenses are good and well coached, but is that enough? Teams are looking for guys to win games by their offenses. Vrabel hasn’t been that guy. He will get another opportunity I’m sure, but him being shut out is not particularly surprising, at least to me -
Bills Last Great Defensive Lineman
Captain Hindsight replied to Rich Stadium Original's topic in The Stadium Wall
I know you are joking, but his tipped pass INT of Romo on MNF is still one of the most athletic plays I've ever seen a DL make -

Florio (yes I know)suggested Bill is waiting for Andy Reid to retire after this year so he can coach Mahomes -
Yup. HC is more like a CEO position. It’s why guys like Cambell and Pierce are getting jobs

I give him a ton of credit. He’s a great coach. Is he a championship coach? That is a legit debate

Mix and match Allen/Mahomes and Reid/McDermott
Captain Hindsight replied to Lifefan1's topic in The Stadium Wall
Ok so 5 straight -
Bills haven’t gotten blown out much since McDermott showed up. Even in 2018, when this roster was the worst I’d ever seen, they rarely get blown out. Colts in 2021, and Bengals in the playoffs are the only more than one score losses I can think of

Tua vs. Dak , who gets the bigger new contract this offseason?
Captain Hindsight replied to Chaos's topic in The Stadium Wall
This is a terrible deal for all three teams. Miami will not give up the guy who lead the league in passing and had 30 Tds for a guy that has 44 Tds in 3 years and late 2 and 3. That is insane. Tua has plenty of flaws, but he is far better than Fields Fields sucks. He has gone up from 58%-61% completion in 3 years. He has 54 total TDs in 3 years. He averaged 208 yards passing this year (I'm not counting the game he got hurt) and 50 yards a game rushing. This year he had guys like DJ Moore and Cole Kmet. At some point he needs to show why he went 11th overall. But he cant throw the ball with any consistency -

Hyde was one of my favorite players all the way back to his GB days. Was so pumped when we signed him -
Ravens are a good team, but the Texans are not ready for the show. Good story, but that team was severely undermanned compared to the Ravens

I have watched every Texans and every Ravens games. The Ravens do just about everything well. They run it well, Lamar is playing the best of his career passing wise and the defense and special teams are solid to spectacular at times. They will not be easy to beat. The Texans are a really fun team to watch and have achieved a ton with their limited weapons. It speaks highly of the coaching staff and of their very good rookie QB I could see the Texans winning by 20 and I could see the Ravens winning by 20. It’s a hard game to read. Lamar has not played great in the playoffs, can he finally overcome that? I’m not so sure personally, I like the Texans in this game and would not be surprised if they pull of a huge upset
