  1. This is a good way to put it. There’s talented players in Dallas, but it’s not a team building strategy. It’s a marketing strategy
  2. He’s brought in good talent over the years. But he is weirdly loyal to guys when he shouldn’t be. When Zeke was holding out, you absolutely knew he was going to cave enough though you could find similar production from another back. Then when it was clear Zeke wasn’t the best player in the backfield (That would be Pollard) they continued to run Zeke purely because Jones wanted them too How long was Jason Garrett on the hot seat but never fired. He was the definition of mediocre and Jones kept him around because he liked him
  3. Considering his edge was a lumpy pillow, this is a predictable descent
  4. Woody will only approve that if Rodgers is ok with living in Manhattan
  5. At the buffet? Surely there are more than 10 good QBs on the planet?
  6. Those lego spaceships are no joke! Impressive teamwork
  7. I personally like Levis and his style of play. If he can slow down and just play within himself hes got a shot to be good. Great physical talent. He reminds me of Locker and Losman a bit. Really great physical athletes who are just missing a little something to take them over the top. Hes got a good coach and pretty good weapons. The league is more fun with lots of good QBs, so I'm rooting for him (not this week)
  8. That’s fair. I’m not saying he’s some perfect player. But I can’t think of a single play where he hasn’t been in position to make a play. Low end starter safety. In year when we are strapped to the cap, sometimes that’s what you get
  9. Watson Dorian Thompson Robinson Flacco Pj Walker Jeff Driskal I had to look it up
  10. He's been fine all year. I don't really understand the frustration with him. We were spolied with two all pros for 7 years. Hamlin has been fine and so has Rapp
  11. It says a pick swap. Maybe it was a 3rd for a 4th and cooper? That would be like a 5th or 6th
  12. If you think that team is going to go 9-2 the rest of the way, you haven't watched much of the NFL. That team has no direction right now. They fired the HC in a move that signals "We are not going in the right direction) demoted the OC, have a terrible line and an old aging QB who can't seem to get on the same page as his WRs. Sure they traded for Adams, but the problems the Jets have are far more than needing another playmaker. Everyone crowning the Jets as some juggernaut who just needs to figure it out has completely ignored all the dysfunction the last few years. Adams helps, but if they can't protect their QB and stop the run (they got gashed by rookie RB last night) it doesn't really matter.
  13. It wasnt about the pick, it was about the money. 64 million in dead cap limits your options, unfortunately
  14. According to this website Josh has the most TD throws to start a season without an INT. Steve Young had the same number but in 8 games. The record for passes in a season before an INT is held by the Brian Hoyer (Because why not) with 200. Josh is second with 156. He averages 26 throws a game, so if he makes it two more games, he will be in some rare company
  15. The only thing that would have made that play look better is if Josh Allen was wearing shorts
  16. I was hoping with their new HC, who helped make Burrow a top QB, that Levis would clean up his game a bit. I would love for him to be a good rival to Stroud in Houston. Hes talented enough, just needs to slow down a bit mentally
  17. I would agree with that take. Levis is going to try to run you over, never gives up on a play and is always looking for the next big play. Hes very unpolished and makes more mistakes than big plays, but hes fun to watch. I'm rooting for him. If he can stop making bonehead plays, he could be a good QB. Very similar to what they said about Josh
  18. I love Levis play style. Hes like sugar high Josh, but not enough big plays to justify the turnovers. Basically what everyone thought JA17 would be like
  19. No. They would have to release him to put him on the PS. Best bet would probably be an injury. IR, still have to pay him, but they could sign a new kicker for vet min or something as a tryout. If you see any cap space moves, its probably to cut their kicker
  20. I'm sure he'd be gone if they had a lot of cap space. His dead cap is higher than his salary this year. The Bills only have like 3.5 million in cap space for the rest of the year. Dude has to find a way to get out of this funk or bills need to make some cap space and let him go
  21. I think he was saying in reference to the rest of their season. Which he was right, they looked much better last night
  22. Congrats my dude! Unrelated, my second kid just ***** all over her zubaz. Hoping it’s not a bad omen
  23. It would be nice to have another WR that can produce, but letting Gabe walk was 100% the right call
