I wouldn’t come to that conclusion so quick. The Golden State Warriors had a great 5 year run and then had 2 off years due to injuries. This enabled them to get some better draft picks the last 2 years so they added youth. They then changed half their coaching staff to bring in some people known for player development. Coach Steve Kerr also said it was good to bring in sone new voices. While change could affect continuity, it also can bring new ideas. Time will tell, but the Bills have had a fair amount of coaching turnover this off-season already.

Yes, even though he’s now a few years older, had to have his dad in the room in a televised interview about whether his future was football or baseball, where said dad answered most of the questions from the other side of the room. They have to go after difference makers like the Rams did. You can’t just stand pat. Take a risk. This franchise did it in the late 80s with the trade for Cornelius Bennet. They also added James Lofton, who, although older and not as much of a difference maker, still was a significant impact over the Chris Burketts and Trumaine Johnson-types.

Yes, they review film and put together statistics of how the team does in certain situations (For example, since he’s going to do defense, the results when they blitz the MLB on 3rd and 10 vs a 5 man O-Line with empty backfield).
