    Yeah, I think this may be like the 2011 draft where one team takes a QB in the middle 3rd of the 1st round. and then a couple other teams panic and pick guys that shouldn’t be taken that early. In case anyone forgot, the 2011 draft had Jake Locker taken at 8, followed by Gabbert at 10 and Christian Ponder at 12.

    Flowers was taken too high. He was projected much lower but Wade Phillips fell in love with him at the Combine I believe.

    Yeah, I’ve never warmed up to the idea of J. Williams at 25. He had only one great college season, then tore up his knee in the Championship game. It would be like the Willis McGahee pick. If you’re going for a Super Bowl, you don’t use that pick on somebody who may be out the whole season.

    Unfortunately I didn’t get to see The Bomber as a Buffalo Bill. Vaguely recall him as a Raider. I remember Blanda more because I remember one Raiders season in the early 70s where Blanda won several games in the last minute, both as a kicker and a QB.

    My opinion is that if you want to be a great team and contend for a Super Bowl, every hour you spend working out with your teammates is beneficial.

    Singletary doesn’t affect Defensive game plans much. Josh Allen does and now hopefully opposing offenses have to plan for Von Miller

    We lucked out in her being the Lieutenant Governor and Cuomo being forced to resign. It will likely be her legacy. Her odds of winning the election are probably now slim.

    Yep, the Golden State Warriors didn’t even bother. They just bought the land in San Francisco and built a new arena themselves. Of course, it doesn’t hurt that a team the current owners bought in 2010 for $450M is now valued at $4.7B. Talk about some equity to work with.
