Gave the show another chance today. The 2nd hour was horrible with all the gimmicky segments, very similar to ESPN’s PTI with the goofy heads superimposed, etc. The 3rd hour was more back to the way it used to be. They made a comment that they also have a new staff. Someone decided they needed to change for some reason and not much is for the better. Of course, half the reason to watch was Kay Adams. It will be interesting to see if the two vets (Brandt and Schrager like the new format enough to stick around or not.

Don’t forget that agents supposedly find out everything.

As they were trying to figure it out, I thought it was pathetic (but funny) when they had the sound for both games going for several seconds.

I watched the first episode with the new crew and haven’t watched since. Maybe I’ll watch Monday after the first week of preseason games, not that they matter. That first episode seemed like they were trying to make it a partial game show competition, like something ESPN would do. Or Jimmy Fallon.

Maybe that’s the only way Poyer would let him wear it.

It was good but I wish they could show more details of games as a true summary review of the season. Instead of being a half hour(really 20 to 25 mins without commercials), they could make it an hour. Also, why not show how the playoff game ended and follow it up with some analysis and discussion by Buffalo sports media. This could include analysis of what the team needed to do in the off-season and projections for the coming season.

I am not a Lamar Jackson fan but why WOULD YOU play him in a “more traditional system”? That was a pet peeve of mine for years. Until recently, GMs, scouts, coaches and talking heads would look at a running QB or one playing in a certain college system and say “he’s not a fit for a pro system”. Finally some coaches adapted their systems to the QB and we have some awesome passing offenses today.
