It seems many new threads and posts reflect that there is too much time between the end of the season and the draft. The NBA and NHL have their drafts about a week after their playoffs end. The NFL Combine was like in late February/early March. Do teams really need almost 2 months to figure it out? Of course, we also have the daffy MLB, who conducts their draft in the middle of their season..
