I like the idea of choosing 7 pts for a TD and no PAT kick and the option to run a play for another point but lose a point if you don't score. It just basically gets rid of the kick. I also don't understand why there even is any extra points. Isn't getting points for scoring a TD enough? The only other sport I can think of that gives the opportunity for more pts after scoring any points is the college basketball one-and-one where you have to make the 1st free throw to get the opportunity to make a 2nd one. So, I would also be fine if they just eliminated any attempts at points after scoring a TD. Janikowski was not the 1st overall pick. He was the 17th pick in the 1st round of the 2000 draft.

I'm hoping we see some positive results with Kouandijo after the time he's spent in that O-Line camp. Did anyone else notice that there's an Arie Kouandijo, an OG also from Alabama, in the draft for this year? Must be Cyrus's brother.

Yeah, Joe D made the Hall of Fame but I always thought McKenzie was just as good. JD Hill and Bob Chandler were excellent downfield blockers as well. The Bills also had another RB from Oklahoma ST, Terry Miller, that had a 1000 yard season with the Bills in his rookie year of 1978. Did little after that though.

And I voted Shady as my least favorite. I still don't understand trading for and paying a RB with 6 years of wear and tear whose style does not fit the ground and pound approach

I agree. My 1st thought when I heard about the trade for McCoy was "what happened to ground-and-pound" That is not how McCoy plays. I would've rather that they pursued Murray as a free agent or drafted a big back, which they still can do. But McCoy is no Frank Gore or Marshawn Lynch.

I agree. Rivers was born in Alabama, went to North Carolina St and has played in San Diego for his entire NFL career so I don't think it's likely Buffalo would make his list of teams he'd be interested in.
