  1. I agree. Kick returns are the most exciting plays in the game.
  2. With only the Rams over the cap, the league as a whole has a long way to go to meet that 99% of cap mark
  3. Yes, that was one of the worst, if not the worst, NFL game broadcasts I experienced. I understand it was a Bears' broadcast but when the Bills were on defense they rarely announced who made the tackle. They conducted interviews while the Bills were on offense. Unless I missed it, they didn't give the Bills' starting lineups. Sam Rosen is a national broadcaster so I would've expected better. However, if he was getting nothing on the Bilsl from his spotter, it was a production issue. There was one running play where Bell pushed Urlacher into the secondary.
  4. Bob McAdoo's nephew Michael was made eligible for the supplemental draft. He's a DE from North Carolina. Don't know if I'd even use a 7th rounder on him as he had only 3.5 sacks in 2 seasons. Would be a fun nostalgic pick, though.
  5. And most of the Oakland Raiders 2010 draft class contributed to their 8-8 season. Who said the game has passsed Al Davis by??
  6. Thank you!! How long before this one is closed? So, I'm supposed to do a search on Evans so I get dozens of results??
  7. Buddy: "Ozzie, would you have an interest in Lee Evans?" Ozzie: "How about for a 4th round pick?" Buddy: "OK. Deal." Ozzie hangs up and bursts out laughing.
  8. Best I could do was $20 off NFL Tkt for each of the 5 months of payments ($100 off) but they also gave me the free HD, free upgrade to an HD DVR from a non-HD DVR for a 2nd room and no service charge. Actually all customers can get a receiver upgrade each year.
  9. The Oakland Raiders let Green go after they re-signed another questionable Bills' signee in Langston Walker. We should be signing players away that teams want to retain, not players that aren't wanted. Brad Smith was one of the former.
  10. You're obviously not considering this is the point of the OP.
  11. Since this is a developing team, why not consider trading L.Evans straight up for a position of need? OT?
  12. With Owen Daniels missing time due to injury, Joel Dreessen actually had comparable stats in 2010 (36 recs, 518 yds, 4 TDs vs 38, 471, 2 for Daniels).
  13. I heard it from a friend who heard it from a friend who heard it from another that the Bills are supposedly talking to the Texans about their TEs. Seriously, he gets some type of updates to his phone, other than buffalobills.com, and they sent him an alert on this.
  14. There have been too many questionable moves/decisions for me to give them the benefit of the doubt.
  15. Another one not knowing the facts. Gailey had Tony Gonzalez, one of the greatest ever, in Kansas City.
  16. A guy with one career catch.
  17. Stevie Johnson, Evans, Parrish, D. Nelson, Donald Jones, Naman Roosevelt, Easley, Huggins. I'd say 6th at best, when they may only keep 5. I'd rather they signed Flozell Adams or Bryant McKinnie. At least then they'd show they were addressing a position of need instead of the deepest position.
  18. And he joins another former Bill in Clements.
  19. All candidates for the Wall of Shame?? Actually, Alex Smith's season when Norv Turner was OC was pretty good with like 18 TDs and 10 INTs. Leaf & Akili were worthless. Bills actually have quite a few Hall of Shame candidates with Walt Patulski as overall #1, Mike Williams & Flowers.
  20. I bet it's tough to find anyone in Boston to listen with the Bills' recent performances vs the Pats.
  21. 'Buffalo News reports: '"When someone has accomplished as much in this game as Darryl, you just want to soak everything you can," Maybin said. "I've pretty much been getting up under him, talking to him as much as possible and asking him pretty much every question I can think of."' I hope Aaron asked him how to light a fire under his arse.
