The Bills have the worst backup QB in the league? Really?
ddaryl replied to BisonMan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
USA today is the most generic place in this world where you can get sports news..... -
SO, just thinking outside the box, what if 60,000 people brought laser pointers ? They really should make the Bills Pats home game a free laser pointer day

JLO and Shakira to perform Super Bowl halftime show
ddaryl replied to Canadian Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I don't watch superbowls anymore unless the Bills are playing, haven't seen one in a decade or so. ... But half time in at the superbowl is a joke every single year. I find none of it worthy to watch. Even bands I like, I just don't find SB halftime necessary or even desiring. part of the reason why I stopped watching the game, the unnecessary ridiculous halftime shows. -

Who is your most hated team in the NFC?
ddaryl replied to Ice bowl 67's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The best thing to come out of Dallas is an empty bus I hate the Cowboys the most for multiple reasons 1.) the "America Team" Moniker..... FU Dallas you are not Americas team and I hate the entire city for that one nick name 2.) then there are the Superbowl losses and the Stanley Cup loss that pushes that up a little more. 3.) Jerry Jones.... Have 0 respect for him 4.) Dallas is considered a large market. I hate any team considered a large market in NFL circles 5.) Then lastly there is the large amount of people incapable of self thought who have never been to Dallas and live in a area represented by another NFL team yet these "fans" choose Dallas.. and none can ever give a satisfactory reason why they are Dallas fans since they were not born their or have lived their. I despise Dallas fans the most Dallas can &$%& itself worst kind of scum on the planet -
That's what I am hoping for...…. ?

You play coordinator. What's your game plan for Sunday?
ddaryl replied to billsbackto81's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If they spy Josh then there will be some good matchups for the Bills. I think you continue to work the short intermediate game and scheme the long ball when you catch them creeping up to stop us moving the ball while they commit players to watching our backfield. On Defense if we can disguise blitzes you throw those in their because letting Brady get comfortable is suicide. If we can't disguise them well Brady will pick us a part. Have ot get pressure. Our Coverage teams have to play their ace game..... can't give any receiver a cushion, that never works against Brady -
Josh Allen - Draft night retrospect
ddaryl replied to BringBackFergy's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think I nailed it in that thread. ^^ I was very worried we'd pick Allen, but when we did I took a deep breathe and remembered I don't get paid to make these decisions, so lets hope the ones who do actually know something, before over reacting. Josh has passed all my expectations already as I see him as a completely different QB then the one I thought I knew pre draft -
Why the 7 point spread with the Bills at Home?
ddaryl replied to Stallions's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Bills are winning but making mistakes on the field they force themselves to have to overcome. Pats are a seasoned vet team with a HOF QB and HOF HC Hard to argue the spread when you look at the product on the field and then add in recent history of both teams. The SB champions are deserving of this spread and it will be a very tough game for the Bills to win it. -
2 is multiple + Ill advised throws, turnovers, and penalties have all stalled drives and left points on the board Those are facts for this team at this junction, these are the reasons for my view that we will struggle against the Patriot's. By that I mean if I am betting money on this game with what I have seen I give the points and take the Pats. Now from my heart I hope the Bills clean it up and have a game plan that gets the whole NFL talking

We know Patriots Take away one specific option on Defense
ddaryl replied to MAJBobby's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Then one less defender in coverage... This is something Daboll should easily be able to take advantage of. I feel the spy thing only works on QB's who struggle for completions or are field limited with their arm strength. No this is -
LOL, My hopes are up on the inside.. But for the reasons I put forth I am not really expecting it. We need to be a better team. Of course a win this weekend will change that narrative from this point forward

No Josh has missed wide open WR's multiple times for sure fire scores. We have also turned the ball over on Offense when moving the ball with ease suggesting more points could of been put up. Josh also makes some ill advised decisions which is part of the process of developing a QB like Josh.. It just won't fly against the Patriots Clean up the mistakes and take advantage of the opportunities because if the Bills miss fire on just a couple it will take us out of the game. Play a clean game and grab the opportunities that present themselves, and we are ripe for an upset win.

I'm totally ok with stranger things happening this weekend. I would love to see a discipline win. Wouldn't that be great because to go 19-0 we would probably have to be New England 3 times an d that would make it all so much sweeter.

We're not winning this game. We leave too many points on the field, We are not getting enough of a pass rush to affect Brady. We are still making enough mistakes per game to where a quality franchise will expose us. We are trending upward but we are not there yet. If the Bills can actually play a perfect game we have a shot, but every missed opportunity will be magnified this week. maybe a creative gameplan makes the difference but you need more than a gameplan for NE, you need to pair near flawless execution. Hope I am wrong but right now I'm giving the points and expecting a loss. This team is good enough talent wise, just not execution wise IMO.

Incognito admits he was the one who screwed up in Buffalo
ddaryl replied to Big Turk's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Sounds like the meds are working then. He's coming back to his senses it also is a big FU to all those posters who said it was a mistake to ask him to take a paycut, and that the Bills made the wrong move. -
Maiorana's Report: Realism or Pessimism?
ddaryl replied to Tolstoy's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
There are definitely plenty of posters here already wanting to see Ford sit and ready to call him a disappointment… and there are growing numbers of people losing patience with Tremaine. So I think that's the dramatic portion of this show. Edwards is still very young and could still be playing college ball this year if he had chosen that route. QB MLB RT DT are very key positions that most are talking about under performing... So my general reference to youth could of been elaborated on. But I was kind of following the flow of the thread. Allen can't miss plays and leave points on the board. Edwards needs to make more dynamic plays from the middle. I think Oliver is doing well, and from what I read Ford needs quicker feet... If these 4 players all step up their game this week then we can surely win this game.... However I do feel that their is fleeting patience for this core starting to seep in and I feel its still to early for that level of criticism. -
NFL's newest franchise QB: Daniel Jones
ddaryl replied to PromoTheRobot's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It was his 1st start after being drafted quite high for the consensus. He is going to get that kind of attention for awhile. Add in the big market and the news is amplified. nothing to see here, just another internet pundit trying to make a buck, move along. Rational minds will need a dozen games to feel out Mr. jones. No different than Mr. Allen... -
Maiorana's Report: Realism or Pessimism?
ddaryl replied to Tolstoy's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
There are flaws in the team that will be exposed this weekend if we don't play a tighter clean game. That being said why do people here suddenly expect a fully gutted team 2 seasons removed to have every single position filled by an All-Pro. We have youth at many key positions and getting better comes with playing time... We will need to see how they clean up the slop starting this weekend. I surely expect to see things improve as the year moves forward. I'm not going to be calling for peoples heads if improvement is happening. Right now we are 3-0... Sloppy but gutty wins.. Can't really complain to much. I do not expect to win this weekend because of the sloppy play against an elite franchise.. I don't think we can clean it up enough yet. Hopefully they will play tough and make it a game. Hopefully they prove me wrong and win, but if I'm gambling I'm taking NE and giving the points -
Yes I did.. I still believe in this D and this O to come up big at the end of the game. You all can quote me till the cows come home. I wouldn't have gone for it because our Running game gets stuffed to often, and I felt a tie benefits us way more than a loss when the determine the wild cards and the strength of our schedule and the ability of this team to win at least 9 if we tied Cincin.

Is she going to stick the landing, or land on the stick ?
-
I disagree as we have seen this OL not block very well, but I fail to see why anyone would have a lack of confidence in our D and Allen/ Offense when they have shown us many times they are strong finishers and move the ball well late in the game when their is pressure. Plus the Bengals had the wind in their face. That's what 'm gambling on If you take the FG and you end up with a tie its still better than a loss for a team who can better absorb a tie than a loss for making the playoffs this season.. My odds say if its 4 and 1 you don't want the loss, but you can stomach a tie, and you have confidence in Allen and the Offense to drive the field again, and a FG kicker who is above average
