  1. Salary cap is very real.. There are ways to restructure new and existing deals and move money around but eventually the piper will be paid
  2. Can't wait till we're a 7- 10 team again. Sure do miss the good old days [/sarcasm]
  3. On a different note we freed up some cap space
  4. We have a new offense coordinator who is going to put a spin on the offense. They will design plays
  5. When did Breida have 34, 80, or 43 receptions in a season ?
  6. Yep here we go, Dumpster Diving [/sarcasm]
  7. We should go all Bill Polian on his ass... That was a historic move [/sarcasm]
  8. NOPE https://overthecap.com/player/star-lotulelei/2282/ https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/buffalo-bills/star-lotulelei-12294/
  9. I sure hope IronMaidenBills real name is Eugene Be Careful with that Ax Eugene has a very nice familiar ring to it
  10. Very OLD News... Yes the Pegulas did suggest they were willing to move the team a few years ago because Stadium talks were stalled and not getting the attention it needed It wasn't a hard threat it was brought up about other cities who would provide a stadium. And don't forget the NFL itself has been pushing Buffalo for a new Stadium for a Decade, and I bet would of wanted the team moved if this couldn't get resolved
  11. what were the other 2.... I haven't been keeping score....
  12. I think so too.. I believe all contracts that are to expire, expire on the FA date, Where as released players no longer have to wait for their contract to expire
  13. Saved them $10 million on the Cap. SO they are/were $4 million under after this move
  14. Hopefully our coach(es) are like Allen always working on and getting better. For McDermott's own sake he best get better, Buffalonians are kind folk but patience is at the snapping point. He has used up his mulligan.
  15. I truly believe switching horses now could easily have a negative effect. Who is out there that would be a guaranteed upgrade?
  16. That's a cop out, It would cost considerably more for a dome. Money that many taxpayers would be upset about.... I do not buy the winning at home argument either, but that's a different debate, and has NOTHING to do about the fact the costs of a Dome are considerably higher
  17. Adding a dome would of moved the needle considerably.. I fail to see how it wouldn't. The amount of structure added and time for completion would of been greatly increased You'll have to provide me the proof on this one Here is the 1st one I found it says $500 million more for a Dome and that was about a year or so ago https://wyrk.com/why-a-dome-stadium-will-likely-never-happen-for-the-buffalo-bills/#:~:text=The general cost of a,price tag over %241.5 billion.
  18. IMO... Unless he gets cut and signs a deal for considerably less than he will get on the open market, My money says this is all hogwash designed to get another team to blink to Dallas's trade demands It looks like he is due $20 mill in 2022... Not an icebergs chance in hell we absorb that... I also don't see the Bills rushing out for an extension immediately to offset that cost
  19. Yeah and then we be hearing how is costs over $2.0 Billion in taxpayer money...
  20. I think we might draft a P late, and bring in a FA leg for competition... Also lots of UDFA P to choose from...
  21. Maybe... I still find that to be a stretch.. To me I would measure a punters success how often he was able to drop it inside the 20 when in range and then for punts in general average hang time / Yards Per Punt keeping in mind how many times the punter had a short field when punting.
  22. I blame the fans on message boards who are always picking at the scabs.. Stop picking them and they will heal
  23. They reduced his cap hit and he has no guaranteed money so when they do cut him there is no hangover. Still have to find his replacement before cutting him what a weird metric to judge a punter by...
  24. What is EPA/p ???
