  1. I think will see some starters but I doubt we see many of them...
  2. Well I'm guilty.. No way I'm gonna read 5 pages of replies just to see if my point was already made. I skim though them but usually I'm just focused on the OP's original intent. If somebody quotes something that stick out to me I will jump on that. This quote was a case in point. Did they even throw his way. I thought about this and I don't even remember him being around a pass attemtp. Which tells me he was playing shut down corner level. Against 2nd string but none the less impressive.
  3. Hows does this topic have 7 pages, it should of dropped off the front page a couple hours after it was posted
  4. I agree Blackshear defintely raised some eyebrows.... But like I said above he is not surplanting our top 3 RBs... he's in the conversation for 4th RB spot for sure, but odds are more in favor of PS
  5. I agree with the OP... If Blackshear makes the cut he will be 4th or 5th on the depth chart. Yes Blackshear has shown something against borderline 2nd stringers/3rd stringrers and cut candidates. It may be enough to squeak in those last spots... I do not see the Bills even entertaining the thoughts of ditching Singletary, Moss, or Cook for Blackshear
  6. Routine and random.... all players get them throughout the year. More often if you tested dirty once or more before.
  7. Preseason but we did look good all game
  8. All our RBs looked real good yesterday. I think Cook's gonna do well, how well he does will depend on how he is at helping us get tough yards.
  9. Take your chances ? Bass 56 % last year were TBs 70% in 2020 . https://www.foxsports.com/nfl/tyler-bass-player-stats?category=kickoffsandpunts&seasonType=reg. Punting won't be much different stats wise IMO On average and a guesstimate on my part.. 40% of these plays will be returnable. Too much to ignore solid ST contributors here. That kind of gross negligents increases the likeliness of getting bit in the ass I can see us keeping a couple of bubble players but we're still keeping a few vets ST players
  10. He doesn't boot them that far consistently. He didn't in college. Bass does not have a 100% touch back success in his career We need ST coverage players
  11. What is your opinion on how he handled his duty.?
  12. Howard was a positive yesterday.... We're definitely keeping him because option 3 and 4 don't come anywhere's close to surplanting him.. TE will be a priority... again... next spring IMO
  13. Watching our KR team minus our aces tells me we're keeping a few vets here. 1 more preseason game but there is a ton of improvement needed from some of our young players fighting for a job. It will be a tough on that final cut down, We may roll the dice on a noob or 2 but we'll be keeping a few ST vets as well.
  14. I'm sure we will hear about another baker's dozen of teams that kicked the tires
  15. It really wasn't a competition... Keenum was penciled in as a #2.. Week 1 in preseason was the only reason there was some debate. Keenum had one thing to remove the doubts about being #2, which he did agsint Denver... Barkley runs the scout team and is valuable in the film room
  16. We all had high hopes when Kromer was brought back. From what we all saw, Kromer is definitely a difference maker, and we are lucky he became available this offseason
  17. With our DL I want to see Edmunds make some plays for little ,no gain and loss of yards
  18. Always a little but I still believe you play your starters a little in game 2 and a little in game 3. Nope
  19. If I were Broncos I wouldn't expose Wilson to our DL who are just itching to get rolling. I would also sit the D starters to make it look like I wasn't worried about the Bills DL
  20. I'm starting to think that many sports channels/publications purposely have a few of their pundits spread these positive vibes around the league to attract more hits from both... 1.) Fans of sed team/player 2.) Click bait for fans of other teams/player haters who can't resist. I truly belive its being directed from above for capitalistic reasons, because it works. And it's ok... because fans of team/player who are receiving these positive opinions deserve to have some pundits believe, because who knows...it could happen one of these days!
  21. NO!!!! It's great having a 5th rounder playing way above his draft status. Majority of camp reports are positive on both players....Both are going to make their mistakes, but both are also rising to the challenge. Great problem to have....
  22. Eric Wood would be a good choice if we could make his neck issue go away. Fred Jackson would be an awesome re-incarnation of this team Kyle Williams would always be welcomed
