  1. if we do this we take on ($41,944,499) in dead cap
  2. I don't know what the post title was before it became [vague clickbait title], which ironically I had to click it to see what the subject was.
  3. We need cost control. Not a WR on a 5th year option about to get paid similiar money to what Diggs was making
  4. I think there is a strong possibility of a major move upwards in this draft for a top WR. I also feel Beane has a handshake deal in place to make a move to #4 or #6. Add in the fact that our 2025 Cap space is large we can fill some holes through FA in 2025 the WRs in this draft are deep but after the 1st 4 come off the board the rest of the field looks like rock solid #2s or field stretchers. We need a stud #1 to compliment Allen and I don't feel accepting whomever is left at #28 or in the 2nd round will fill hole we have at the #1 WR position, and a #1 WR is not on our roster today. We have solid players who will make an impact but not a #1
  5. until I see how he uses the trade I can't grade anything
  6. My take on this is it was unexpected by me this year. I'm also happy in some ways cause I said at the beginning of the offseason that Beane should rip the ban aid off and rebuild for Allen's back 9 I now view Beane looking to swap 1st rd picks in 2024, and add a 2025 1st and 2nd rd pick plus some change to make a huge move up in this draft to grab a top WR.
  7. if he eligible for the draft???? Bates for Bass trade???? 🤣 the man makes 2xs 64 yd FG. Everyone rushes to sign him and his price goes up... Only to find out he can't hit the 25 yarder to save his own life. the kid has to be pysched. Going from UFL to NFL, which would of been his dream I assume. He will get a tryout as long as the rest of his season doesn't turn ugly
  8. its up to the fans... All I said is I will not... They are locked in for 20+ years because of the agreement for the new stadium
  9. Yep its their money.. I'm just getting tired of it. Never a fan of PSLs and I am not interested in upper deck seats that are affordable. Sick and tired of prime time games on different streaming services and I don't think diehard lifelong fans should be priced out of the better seats Spend your money... I would not, I do not see the value, and I hope others fell this way to
  10. If they are going to ask for $20k to $50K PSLs then they should of built a dome. That was the reason I figured they didn't even try to build the dome, because they would have to charge stupid money and the area couldn't afford it. I was going to buy season tickets myself as I plan on being retired and back in Buffalo by the time the Stadium is built, but definitely will not now. I'm also not going to worry about missing games because I don't have that streaming service. I'm reaching my breaking point of what I think is a logical price to pay to watch Pro-Football I hope many Bills fans are in the NFW category
  11. I agree with the consensus... This is just stupid. No need for Christmas games heck I think the NFL should shelve Thanksgiving games also. Time for the family for players and fans
  12. I can see myself becoming less and less passionate about the Bills, pro-football, pro-sports in general.. The only way this will ever end is when we don't cave in. I've been caving if for a couple of decades with Sunday ticket.... But now on top of that I have to have 3 - 4 other streaming services if I want to catch the whole season of Bills games As for the PSL's I would of guessed $10k would be the highest PSL, but looks like I was off by a smidge. At some point fans have to say "Enough is Enough" and until we do then expect more and more expenses to add up.
  13. talk to me mid October, I'll let you know what steps we've taken backwards or forwards... Unitl then nobody here knows. They have a feeling or an opinion but do not know
  14. comes down to coaching and injuries as long as we have Allen.
  15. Like I tell my boss.... "I take 2 viagra every morning... SO when I'm working you know I'm working hard!"
  16. I prefer the football moves down field. I'd rather takle the nickel dime stuff that moves the chains and keeps drives alive. Gabe to me was pretty 1 dimensional and it hurt us. I believe in taking some shots downfield but it has to come from receivers that can excell in other parts of the field as well IMO
  17. About an 80% catch target ratio Not shabby for a rookie Shakir also was about 80% Gabe never hit 60% in his career
  18. Ok that makes some sense.... Didn't think about rollover.
  19. Not to mention the spell check i missed with wearing
  20. Come to Buffalo and re-do your jump through a flaming table without firemen prepping it and whering a flame ######ent suit. But stay retired son. L-A-M-E
  21. How does 2025 cap projections even come into play on a 1 year deal ??? It will be off the books in 2025 so it has no effect. Or am I missing something that isn't obvious?
  22. cue the sad trombone ...
  23. plus WR depth in this draft is deep. Giving up a boatload of picks is only viable if you need a QB, but if you need a QB you are probably drafting mid teens and not 28 so the move up costs consideably less.
  24. LOL... Kind of toungue in cheek... Hopefully it all comes together and he'll figure it out before that. He is gaining experience.
