  1. I was going to all the Bills home games. Then as the season progressed after 7-2 I went to the 2 playoff games and ended the season by going to the Super Bowl in Atlanta.
  2. We should be getting all the remaining games in Albany with the possible exceptions of the 11/29 Chargers game and the finale 1/3/21 vs Miami. We'd have to get the nod over the Jets/Miami on 11/29 & the Jets/NE on 1/3. Ordinarily the Jets/NE would get priority because they are 2 teams Capital District residents support, but with both teams playing so poorly & the possibility that the Bills/Miami game might have playoff seeding implications, we may get it. There's also a possibility the finale gets flexed to Sunday night. I looked at the schedule & noticed we play night games on 12/7, 12/13, 12/28 and possibly 12/19. Imagine if the last 5 games ended up as national night games, all Bills fans across the nation might be able to watch them.
  3. Sorry, I have to root against you, but Pit is only down 7. In my pool (over 3 grand to the winner) we started with 42, lost 2 on the Bills game and if Dallas wins we lose another 19, cutting the remaining people in half. I was going to pick the Pittsburgh/Dallas game but I looked & I needed the Steelers in 2 weeks, so after hearing about all the SF injuries, I went with GB Thursday and spent today rooting against everyone else's picks. So far 12 of us advanced. The remaining ones are the aforementioned Pittsburgh 19 and 9 with NE tomorrow. I'm rooting big time for the Jets since not only would they knock out 9 more, but it would hurt them in the Tank for Trevor derby.
  4. That's the 1st thing I thought of when I heard McDermott in the post game press conference.
  5. He's come a long way from the time he was a Bills assistant coach and the one & done HC job with the NYJ when the owner thought he was upgrading by hiring Rich Kotite.
  6. Pence will do the concession speech whether Trump likes it or not.
  7. If he grabs her p***y he can.
  8. If he had taken a QB, he probably would have picked Rosen & cut him already. Are you blind or a stat boy who doesn't watch games. Allen put the team on his back in a bunch of games last year.
  9. You'll never catch the Jets, Jaguars, or Giants. Considering how bad the Jets are & that you have to play them twice, 2-14 is next to impossible, although I'd love to see you get there & spoil the Jets shot at #1-then both of you won't catch the Jaguars & Giants. Welcome to QB hell, almost all teams go through it after their last HOF QB leaves.
  10. A: Makeup call for last week.
  11. They didn't cover. The angry fans are the ones who lost $.
  12. McDermott trying that stupid onside kick. Oh wait that was Belichick. I think the OP meant to post this on the Patriots message board & is too drunk to know the difference. Brown played. I guess you missed his catch.
  13. Imagine if McDermott tried an onside kick that failed & NE marched right down the field & scored, then at the end of the game trailing by 3 and already in FG range Josh fumbled the ball. The torches & pitchforks would be out all over this board.
  14. Hey! I'm a Lon G'Islander. I went to Fredonia and roomed with a fellow Islander my senior year. I always had a full car driving back there during school breaks. We were all over WNY colleges. Not thrilling-looks like WGR's post game & the Redzone channel on the TV.
  15. I'd like to see him move out of Buffalo.
  16. 7-9 is the worst record a team can have. They don't make the playoffs and they pick in the middle of the draft. Next worse is 6-10. You may make it into the top 10 in some years, but you're not getting near the top. In this century the Bills have had four 7-9 seasons including 3 straight from 2006-2008 and six 6-10 seasons including 3 straight from 2011-2013. That's half the century at 6 or 7 wins. No man's land in the standings & the draft.
  17. Isn't that on Ralph's gravestone?
  18. The best part of the Jets sucking so bad is we get the Bills/NE game in Albany.
  19. If Stidham starts run to the casino & bet the Bills.
  20. It gets cold on the sidelines & clapping keeps his hands warm.
  21. The Giants will drop Danny Dimes for Lawrence in a NY (NJ?) minute. The Bengals will never get the #1 pick. The only legitimate contenders for the top pick are the Jets, Jaguars & Giants.
  22. Jones has already stated he is committed to Dak long term. This isn't the 1980s where guys don't come back from injuries.
  23. Actually, it makes no sense. Dallas has a long term commitment to Dak Prescott. The Cowboys are not going to trade for Darnold who has this year, next year & a possible 5th year option on his contract. Obviously with their commitment to Dak, they wouldn't pick up the 5th year. So why trade for a guy for the rest of this season who doesn't currently know your offense & then expect him to sit behind Dak next year. The price would be a high draft choice. Too much to pay on Dallas' end. As far as the Jets trading Darnold, they shouldn't trade Darnold in season and start Joe Flacco. Flacco is done, period. They can tank for Trevor, but remember if he doesn't want to be a Jet he can stay in college-just like Peyton Manning chose to do when the Jets had the top pick in 1997 and Peyton stayed in school. The Jets have no choice but to keep playing Darnold & see what they have. He either produces some wins & stays or he loses them all & they draft Lawrence IF he declares for the draft. Until the Jets have clinched the #1 pick & Lawrence has declared for the draft, they shouldn't trade Darnold. However, since we're talking the Jets they could be crazy enough to trade Darnold. If they do, then it's because after seeing him in games & practice, management has determined he's a bust & they want to trade him now before he devalues himself by playing the rest of the season. If Darnold ends up being traded, it will be to a team that thinks he can be their starter, at least for 2021 and possibly well beyond that. The profile of that team is a team that currently has a veteran QB whose last year with the team is 2020. Most likely landing spots are Indianapolis, if they cut ties with Rivers, Pittsburgh if Roethlisberger wins the Super Bowl & rides off to the sunset like P. Manning & Elway did, or New England if Cam keeps sucking like he's done since his return. If one of those teams wants him to sit this year & learn then that's the only way he's getting traded during this season. The only possible in season trade I can imagine is a trade to Indy for Brissette & a draft choice. Nobody is trading out of #1.
  24. I can. BB Before Brady. Now is the AB After Brady era. The Patriots lost 3 games in a row a lot of times before Brady became their starter & they'll lose 3 games in a row a lot more times now that Brady is gone. Bill Belichick is 54-67 when coaching games without Brady starting. Bill Belichick is a genius when Tom Brady is his QB, in all other games he has a worse record than Rex Ryan (61-66 for Ryan)
