  1. I was checking out some old NBA on NBC videos online that I came across and was reading through comments where people were declaring back when the NBA was bigger than the NFL. Sounds crazy but made me stop and think for a minute about that. The NBA was huge back then during the MJ heyday, the Dream Team, Space Jam, some great rivalries. I loved the NBA at the time and definitely remember it being huge but hard for me say it was bigger than the NFL. I also get the comments I was reading could have been coming from biased NBA fans reminiscing on the glory years of basketball but it was amazing to me how many people were liking and agreeing with those comments. Just curious what your perceptions of that statement to be? I feel like the NBA was huge but still not bigger than the NFL
  2. Have you ever actually watched a Richard Pryor or Eddie Murphy stand up set?
  3. He is from Western New York so he was always one of us
  4. The thing that stands out to me is how much more physical that Carolina team was especially on Defense. Even though we have had good Defenses under McBeane we haven't been able to get to that level Carolina was at in 2015. Not for lack of trying or using resources but Beane has struggled to put together a dominant Defensive line here, one of the biggest things holding the Bills back from being a true Super Bowl contender IMO.
  5. I was dying at that part. She's very funny
  6. I must've watched that and the 91 Bills yearbook hundreds of times as a kid, they were phenomenally well done! They had a major impact on me becoming the Bills diehard I am today
  7. I think he's just a poster that likes to stir the pot. His own logic doesn't make any sense. On one thread he is using his logic to defend OJ but then turning around and trying to use the same logic to trash on Brady. It doesn't even add up.
  8. Dude! I remember you getting all bent out of shape when I called out OJ for being a POS! I don't disagree with this post but it's hard to take you seriously after you were going so hard on trying to defend OJ. Make it make sense my man Lampanelli and Shumer have both seemed to step aside from the Stand-Up Comedy world for some reason at the moment. Lampanelli was great but I coudn't stand Amy Schumer. I also wonder whatever happened to Sarah Silverman, she used to always do the roasts. But anyways Nikki is definitely the current top dog in female Stand-Up/Roasts at the moment
  9. Is there anything fun to do in Hartford? I see they have a big 90's Con there now and I'm kinda interested in checking it out but not sure a trip based on that alone would be worth it. I know New Haven is pretty close by so would probably stop there for a Day and do a little Pizza tour.
  10. Milwaukee feels very similar to Buffalo in my opinion. Food is nowhere close though
  11. Let's hang a banner for this in the new stadium
  12. Think it's more so fans of Comedy than fans of Brady. It was funny regardless of how you feel about Brady. I wasn't even planning on watching it originally
  13. I wasn't planning on watching this originally. I was watching Vegas-Dallas Game 7 but then I noticed Twitter was blowing up last night about how funny it was so I decided to watch and it was so worth it and the funniest thing I've seen in a long time. Kevin Hart was hysterical hosting and Nikki Glazer killed it. Also thought Gronk was hilarious. If you haven't seen it yet it's definitely a must watch. Funniest roast I've ever seen
  14. Those games and the Steelers-Ravens games from around that era(maybe a little before then) were great
  15. If I had an opportunity presented to me where I could get his autograph I wouldn't turn it down but then I would sell it. Everything has a price in today's economy I would never hang anything Brady autographed in my mancave or anything like that
  16. That's a fair take. Like I said in my original post the ratings and overall interest in the NFL aren't going anywhere.
  17. The NFL is too big I don't see there ever being a true demise but I feel like the NFL will start to go the way of the current NBA. Ratings and revenue will still be great but the purist fans of football will lose interest and the NFL will generally be talked about how much better the product was 10-15 years ago. There's a lot of people on the board that deny this but I already see it in a lot of places how people talk about the NFL this way. It's sad but money talks and that's all that really matters for the Owners of the league.
  18. I have no idea how the logistics would look but if Green Bay can handle hosting a draft then Buffalo/Orchard Park could handle it too Those were projected numbers but then the weather ended up being bad in Buffalo for the eclipse and alot of people went to other places like Cleveland etc.. and they said they were nowhere near 1 million people in the Buffalo area. I wish the weather was better because I was actually curious to see how the area could handle hosting that many tourists.
  19. I don't love the new stadium by any means but disagree with a couple points here. I think Buffalo can still end up hosting the draft once the new stadium opens and we were never getting a Superbowl here no matter what.
  20. Apparently he wasn't as much of a minimalist as you guys thought 😄
  21. Kelvin Benjamin also was lazy and unmotivated. I don't get this vibe from him at all. He's allowed to enjoy good food
