That whole draft was a giant blunder. We could've and should've drafted Haloti Ngata over Whitner at 8 and then when we traded up I thought for sure we were going after Nick Mangold. The only redeeming thing from that draft we lucked into Kyle Williams that year. Would've been something if we pulled both Ngata and Williams in that draft.

He's got the potential to take a jump this season. Improved play out of Ford and add a RB like Harris and the running game could absolutely improve. To be determined though.

Oh I totally think that we need a pass rusher I just don't expect a good one to be there at 30...but it sounds like most people don't think there will be a good DT there at 30 either....the draft just feels tricky this year!

Anybody else starting to think we might go DT at 30 in the draft? I'm not so sure anymore the Bills take a RB there and I don't expect any of the top DE's to fall that far

Translation...don't expect a lot of splashy free agent signings going forward....but expect them to resign the players they've drafted who deserve the second contract. After the Bills being a farm team for so many years and knowing we have our franchise QB I am totally ok with this

Our biggest need is clearly Edge/DE but it's also going to be the hardest position to upgrade

Sad news..RIP to an all-time great

Some of my earliest life memories are from the Bills Super Bowl years. I was in elementary school during the runs and it was pretty nuts, the hallways would just be decked out in Bills posters and stuff, huge pep rallies before the Super Bowls. We even had a guidance counselor that was also a Buffalo Jill so that was kind of a big deal. Also at that time in my neighborhood there would be huge parties every Sunday for the games, someone different would take a turn hosting it each week. I didn't really grasp it at the time what it all meant but it's pretty cool to look back on it now. I always joke around but it's true that no matter what happened with the Bills after the glory years there was a time in my life where I only knew the Bills as a dominant powerhouse going to the Super Bowl year after year after year...and nobody can ever take that away from me!

The way I see it you can't beat those prices for a team that is at AFC Championship caliber right now and will be a potential Super Bowl contender for the near future.
