  1. I was a diehard Bulls fan back then but I remember being terrified of Utah in that last championship series. It's funny because I think a lot of people look back and just think the Bulls were this super team that were superior to everybody they played but I really looked at Utah as being the favorite going into that series. I think it adds to the Bulls/MJ mystique that they still pulled it off.
  2. Juju is more talented than Zay no doubt but he is a huge diva. He wouldn't fit with the current culture/lockerroom vibe that Beane and McDermott have created. There are Steelers fans who already want to run the guy out of town. Our WR corp here is solid now so no need to look back in hindsight on the Zay Jones miss.
  3. I remember how butt hurt some fans were when McDermott and Beane parted ways with Sammy Watkins and Marcel Dareus in their first year here...I love the way they revamped this roster with guys who love the game and have football character(I know, I know cliche lol)
  4. Maybe the marketing team realized that the Bills are going to be so good this year that their job was going to be pointless?
  5. As someone who enjoys sports, movies, Documentaries, tv series I find it frustrating almost with how much stuff is out there all at the same time. I just feel like there's never enough time to watch everything I have an interest in. I know it sounds silly but it actually gives me anxiety in a way lol.
  6. Absolutely not. Glad our guys wanted nothing to do with him. Seems like the kinda guy Rex Ryan and Whaley would've been all over though
  7. Talley seems like that dude that would just be cool to drink some beers and bulls*** around with. He seems like he would be a good story teller kinda guy.
  8. In real life Jason Alexander isn't a sports fan at all.
  9. I was in Elementary school during the Super Bowl years. They would always have these HUGE Pep Rallies in the school gymnasium during the week of the Super Bowl. The hallways would be littered with posters and pinups of the players from the Buffalo News. It really was a big deal back then. I also get very nostalgic when I think back to those days. It all seemed larger than life back then. I have to admit watching football nowadays with these players 15 years younger than me does feel much different lol.
  10. He was a huge Bills fan too. RIP Cliff
  11. You could tell from the 30 for 30 that he is clearly still troubled by it. He doesn't deserve to feel that way but it's understandably so why he does.
  12. This is more along the lines of what I was thinking when I first saw this topic come up
  13. I'm not buying all these Marv Levy being one of the most overrated coaches in NFL history takes because to me he doesn't get major recognition throughout the NFL community like when you hear names like Belicheck, Lombardi, Joe Gibbs and so on and so on. Is he beloved by Bills fans? Absolutely. Should he be? Absolutely. But I don't think from a league wide perspective he is overrated nor underrated. I think he's just one of those guys who has his rightful place in NFL history. He was a very good coach but not one of the all-time giants. My take is that these Levy is overrated takes come from salty Bills fans who are still angry about the four Super Bowl losses 30 years later.
  14. No way. Those road uni's were ugly as sin. Right up there with the Sabres slug uniform.
  15. I was in the camp that at times I didn't even think there was going to be a season or that it would surely be shutdown midway through but my opinion's actually changed on that. I think we will get through the season now. I'm not as optimistic about full capacity crowds coming back this season though.
  16. Preseason always feels like such a tease compared to the real season but I agree. Some preseason is better than no preseason.
  17. To me this doesn't look like the highlight reel of a fringe player who was in jeopardy of not making the team that just used a 3rd round pick on him a few years ago. Regardless of your personal opinion of him you have to admit the kid can play some ball
  18. That guy's opinion became invalid to me the second he started talking about how many sacks he got
  19. The one guy that I feel like nobody is talking about these days is Harrison Phillips. I was watching some highlights of the 2019 Buffalo Bills defense on YouTube yesterday and he really stood out to me in the games he was featured in before he got injured. He was playing some very STOUT football. If he can recover 100% from the injury I think he is an upgrade over Star at this stage in each of their careers. Horrible Harry and Oliver should make a solid tag team with each of them bringing different aspects to the defensive front.
  20. He is going to be a fan favorite without a doubt. He has such a cool, down to earth personality and he couldn't have handled this situation any better than he did. Very proud to have him on our squad. On top of being such a cool dude, I really think he is about to have a breakout season and going to help take this defense to the next level.
