  1. One of my favorite live sporing events was being in Skydome for Wrestlemania VI and seeing the Warrior pin the Hulkster. The place was rockin. RIP Ultimate Warrior...one of the greats.
  2. RIP Mr. Ralph Wilson. A great man.
  3. Ryan L Billz...you nailed it! Kentucky was just unbelievable today & probably "a bit" better than a #8 seed. Not sure if anyone could have beat them today.
  4. Went to my first game this year & thought the stadium overall was impressive. But as a football fan, it just loses so much being indoors, very sterile. The crowd noise seems fabricated. More of a country club feeling...more of an event than a good old football game. Good news, it sure cuts down on the drunks. Also, as someone else mentioned with a new stadium, expect some sticker shock. My upper level nosebleeds were $85. But it was worth it to see Fitz-magic throw three interceptions.
  5. NC State...gone Dukies...gone Huckleberry Hound & the Tarheels...next Syracuse all the way!!!
  6. Saw The Moody Blues tonight. The guys can still play! Hard to believe, but this is their 50th year performing.
  7. Intense, talented player but can't stand the guy. Reminds me of TO with a bad attitude. Always remember him for punching his teammate and breaking his nose. Take a pass on Steve. Plus...we need more Williams.
  8. Hoping the great folks at TBD arrange another trip to the inductions. Was fortunate to be with my son at Jim Kelly's induction and sat with the TBD group that came in by bus. It's a great weekend, including the parade, where you get up close to every HOFer imaginable.
  9. My sincere condolences. Thoughts and prayers to you and your loved ones.
  10. I'm ready for some Olympic hockey. Will be interesting watching NHLers pitted against each other. USA needs some serious Millertime!
  11. I am thinking AJ McCarron may slip to the 4th round. Not flashy, but I just have a gut feeling about him.
  12. What a great game between two class teams! Can't imagine what it was like being there. All I know is I'm exhausted!
  13. Love this thread. Picked up some great new music to enjoy. Being an old fart, some of my undrerateds include: Moody Blues The Guess Who Hall & Oates Talk Talk New band, so not yet underared: London Grammar
  14. Ah...the real schedule. Sorry about my uninformed post. I still say we can go 9-7 and playoffs if we beat the Patsies once.
  15. Home: Miami, New England, NY Jets, Jacksonville, Tennessee, Kansas City, St. Louis, Seattle Away: Miami, New England, NY Jets, Houston, Indianapolis, Cleveland, Arizona, San Francisco Realistically we should at least go 9-7. 5-3 at home & 4-4 on the road. Playoffs if we can be the Patsies once.
  16. Thanks for your insightful comments during the season. Always looked forward to your recaps and subsequent opinions. Disappointing season...thought we had enough on both sides of the ball to make the playoffs, but were outcoached in too many games.
  17. Agree with MDH. What's happened to the QB sneak? First and goal from the one and you can't make a yard behind a huge lineman?
  18. I have a few, but my favorite: 30 seconds left if the first half with the lead and backed up in your own zone. Time to take a knee and go into the locker room. Right? Naw. Lets run CJ Spiller off tackle with a high ankle sprain who had been used sparingly in the half. Great call coach.
  19. Don't blame the rookie QB, blame the rookie offensive coordinator. We should be 4-1 and possibly 5-0.
  20. Had the opportunity to watch Thad play here at Duke & has played in a pro style offense for a few years. Should fit the Bills scheme quite well. Whether he has the talent...I guess we'll see. Sure pulling for him. Coach Cutcliff has groomed 3 NFL QBs...Manning, Manning, & Lewis.
