Figured he’d be back, no need to bring him back early on a high ankle. Let that sucker heal as long as possible. Good sign though he’s back on the field with a week left to shake some rust off

Yea Ketamine is actually an effective drug but it’s only supposed to be given under a doctors supervision and they are supposed to hold the patient for a couple of hours after treatment. The problem you run into is all of these people have gobs of money and all it takes is for a doctor to give in and give a prescription for it. A little money under the table and there you go

Bills Working Out Kickers - Bass Not Healthy?

Yup that was when the Bills had the all Florida State Special Teams unit. -
Parsons traded to Green Bay, given $188 million contract

I do think the Packers underpaid. Clark is still a good player and probably will be for another 3 years. The two first rounders obviously makes sense. If I was Dallas I would have asked for a mid round pick and maybe a late round pick as well. I think Parsons for Clark, 2026 1st, 2027 1st , 2026 4th, and 2027 6th makes the optics look a lot better. With that said, I do think Parsons is one dimensional to receive that kind of money and don’t really blame Dallas for moving him at that salary. They just didn’t get enough . He isn’t a good run defender and the Packers actually got weaker in that regard with this trade in my opinion. He is obviously a menace as a pass rusher but I’m not sure he helps them win a big game against a team like the Eagles -

Probably a good deal for both teams. If I was Dallas I probably would have asked for a mid round pick as well -

Gotta be some UFL kickers out there who had a really good spring season. -
They beat Rutgers with Tyree Jackson and crew

Just Curious what were most surprising cuts NFL wide?
gonzo1105 replied to Jistafan's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yea it’s pretty obvious I’m missing something in this picture -
I just think a lot of teams and players invested a lot of time in each other and players knows that teams playbook and vice versa so they don’t need to spend time teaching a new guy so they don’t miss a beat when their in game week.

Still have an open spot with Clayton, Franklin starts on the PS so no corresponding move. Rumors of a DB and a DE on X being the 17th. DE makes more sense since they don’t have one currently

I was actually very impressed with him granted against the bottom of roster. Seemed like he had decent hands and a decent athlete but noticed he would stick his nose in there as in line blocker and was pretty solid in that department

Not a whole lot , I’d prob say Dustin Hopkins, Chad Muma, Malachi Corley, Trey Palmer are up there but no one where I was like holy cow really -
The guys that have been reportedly brought back so far im okay with. The bottom of the Dline roster was bad so I hope they don’t bring anybody back from there. Same really for the offensive line. They’ve taken guys like Gouriage and Mike Edwards as far as they can go. Problem is those are two of our deepest positions on the team to break through on. If I’m a safety, CB , and LB I’m more willing to sign on with the Bills

Now I’m just going out in a limb here but I think every year a player has a year of service, he get his pension added to. Not sure if he has to be on the active roster or not but that could be a reasoning. Hey you come in and mentor, play just in case , well pay you to do it and it will add to your pension when you retire
-
Hes probably in the building like Hyde last year but with the idea he can play if absolutely necessary
-
Yea this could make sense as well. Lewis would act as the 4th Safety in the meantime

Bills Initial Roster - No real surprises
gonzo1105 replied to GASabresIUFan's topic in The Stadium Wall
I mean the only logical place to cut is at CB. With Codrington locked into PR, I’m going to guess Jamarcus Ingram will be the guy unless someone else is going to IR -
The perception of the WR class was excellent but again only after one year, I’d disagree that it was as good as it was hyped to be to this point
-
not really any surprises. Hairston on IR was a strong possibility and Van Pran takes Grable spot
-
The Ravens to me are the biggest disappointment. That teams has gobs of talent by far the most talented team in the AFC and they can’t break through the Chiefs either
-
My assumption is the Bills did make him an offer to join them but he chose to go elsewhere. Maybe the kid wants to see a different part of the country, maybe he thought the Rams presented a better opportunity. The kid did transfer to Utah State before returning to Buffalo for his senior season so it’s very possible he wants to get out of the area and see something different. Honestly it’s very possible that the Bills called Dolac at some point in the 7th round and asked him if he wanted to be picked if he made it to them and he might have told them he wanted to be a UDFA. That does actually happen there was an agent documentary that highlighted that with a 7th round/UDFA prospect
-
not surprising but a cut nonetheless
-
With Dolac making it, the Rams did release rookie 5th rounder Pooh Paul. He’ll get claimed probably before the Bills turn but I’ll think we’ll put in a claim
-
Woof, I like Alexander, particularly as a late 2nd round possibility, but he has flat out stunk especially for a guy who is 25 years old. Giants fans called him the worst player on their roster this preseason that will make the team.
