Depends a lot on the funding stream; government projects often have requirements for union wages, set asides for special-designation contractors (veteran-owned, woman-owned, etc). This ramps ou the cost on top of the local economy conditions.

Last year was the first time I felt any Bills’ team was spent emotionally and physically. I was too. The Hamlin thing live was troubling and left a scar on me. The circumstances of her health event must be traumatic for the family, especially Terry finding her and their daughter reviving her. It would be hard for me to not relive those events and take on some guilt about how different her condition could be if her resuscitation happened sooner. I hope the family is working through all that and getting whatever help they might need.
