How about that 1984 game combo: red helmets, white jersey, blue pants. Whoa! -

Jones would make an excellent back up to Josh. -
Question about the various “playoff machines”. Everyone talks about them in terms of “odds” of making playoffs. I haven’t researched the machines, but assume they are just taking all the possible outcomes of the remaining games and calculating how many of those end up with the Bills being in the playoffs, is that correct? So, in that sense it’s not really “odds” (like betting odds) because I imagine some of those outcomes are very unlikely, for example Baltimore losing out, etc. Do any of the machines actually attempt to incorporate some type of actual odds that acknowledge some scenarios are more likely than others? For example, giving more weight to teams with better records beating teams with worse records.

The "McDermott Handicap" and hopefully a solution
WotAGuy replied to peterpan's topic in The Stadium Wall
You know, perhaps this is the reason why McDermott has kept Von out there so much. This defense needs a leader who has actually experienced success at the highest level. Even if his play has been slow to ramp up, Von’s presence may outweigh the limited performance. -
Monday night games - Dolphins/Titans, Giants/Packers

Titans running the hurry up was smart because Miami had to throw the flag without a good look at it. -

Miami has been held to 17 3 times this season and 19 twice. Denver held them to 9. It’s not a particularly impressive feat this season, but the D held them after getting a gift penalty at the end. The real test will be outscoring Dallas. -
I take great solace in the fact guys in their 20s are aging as well.

Maybe he’s seen the script for this season??

Dan Orlovsky. Basically saying if they allowed it all game, why suddenly throw the flag there at the end. Maybe they just got sick of his bullcrap?

All I want for Christmas is for Diggs to produce like a #1 the rest of this season.

Offense needs to score TDs in this game. The FG in OT against Eagles hurt bad and the FG against the Chiefs almost wasn’t enough. Cowboys are going to be a tough out and FGs won’t do it. Brady and Josh need to be in sync and McDermott needs to stay out of it.

Well thought out post! FYI - on WGR this morning they were talking about the wheel route and Sal said Allen’s and Brady both said it was a planned read for a specific defensive alignment (Cover 0), and Allen read it and responded as designed. A great play and one we’ve seen Kelce kill us on many times up the seam.

Not in this case. Toney had no one opposite him and had a free release off the line. His foot being a foot past the ball didn’t give him any discernible advantage. His pick of Johnson did create an advantage and could have been called but wasn’t.

Josh is truly a humble man. She gave him an opportunity to talk up his incredible sideline throw and he basically said he did a lousy job on first and second down, and didn’t say anything about the third down play.
