  1. When you have players , even rookies, https://thehill.com/homenews/news/487547-giannis-antetokounmpo-zion-williamson-donate-to-arena-employees-out-of-work-due pledging money to make sure part time workers are not hurt as bad financially as could be.., as well as several owners, but billionaire Pegulas need to "see where this goes"..that's just pure BS. The whole ethos of #billsmafia and Buffalo is we take care of own when it comes down to brass tacks and times are difficult...Pegulas are not exactly embodying that with this statement.
  2. WTF Pegulas, you have more money than God, not paying your people is an awful, awful look....this could get ugly for them, no matter how well the Bills are trending
  3. Lunardi had Richmond last 4 in No Seniors at least, should be good next year too
  4. science and planning and doing what it takes to get the virus under control is the best way to deal with the panic. BTW, players is on TV for those of us who need a break
  5. Thats freaking amazing..how much did you bring the average GPA in high school down? Full point? more?
  6. Bry, they were in the D2 Natty last year bubbo
  7. Raising Canes is supposedly very good, but I have never been. https://tinyurl.com/ux655hv Portillo's i have been to once, had an excellent Chicago Dog https://www.portillos.com/menu/restaurant/ Also, i think mainly VA and NC is Smithfield Chicken and BBQ. Very good fried chicken too https://www.scnbnc.com/about-us/
  8. Costco has boneless short ribs..ot you know, you could butcher them your self in 30 seconds?
  9. The absolute best Italian going, lover their subs Shake Shack 1000X better in my opinion. 1) DC chain you may start to see expand is Nando's Peri Peri Chicken. Nando's is based in South Africa, only in DC and ILL now, think they will expand as the chicken is excellant. More fast casual than fast food https://www.nandosperiperi.com/ 2) Cook Out is here in the mid Atlantic and south. Seems to me their business plan is move into buildings where other fast food places have failed, get cheap rent, and offer decent food for really cheap prices. Weird though cause one Cookout may be take out only if in an old Checkers, and others have eat in if old Burger King. And, will throw this review in here ..as if i eat fast food more than likely breakfast. This reviewer really like the new Wendy's stuff https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/voraciously/wp/2020/03/02/wendys-new-breakfast-sandwiches-actually-deliver-on-the-hype/
  10. Dude, my wife has been negotiating a MASSIVE contract for the last six months, truly the document was bing walked in for CEO signature last Tuesday. Freaking lawyers for them stopped it to add addendums concerning impacts on Corona. Will likely be another 2 months arguing about this addendum. and until it signed, it ain’t signed. This whole thing sucks.
  11. Just a heads up to Ken Burns lovers, Civil War is already gone, The West is gone as of March 14.
  12. For those still paying attention, Ottawa beats Sharks in OT. Awesome result for the Sabres. Sabres have a great shot to be bottom 3 still! bonus is they will pay a cap penalty next year! That is GMing 4d chess style, and was all in the plan y’all!
  13. thats why i liked the place, I keep getting older, they always stay young!
  14. Ducks and Sharks in striking distance once you look at upcoming schedules and the this Sabres group history of folding
  15. That “ upward trajectory” now has us tied for 6th from the bottom, with openly tanking Devils. Should be no worries for San Jose and Anaheim to pass the Sabres, the tricky team is the Senators. Think they have a very good shot at pushing the Sabres into a top 3 slot, but they play the other stinky teams out there this week, so should be an interesting fight to get to the 3 slot.
  16. Watched more Sabre games there than Bills game. may haps you were there at the end of 1-0, 4 OT game? I was there, and there was like 30 of us who stuck it out! future wife and I had had a few dates at that point, she decided to meet me there and stayed the whole game!
  17. For anyone who is a true whisk(e)y aficionado , this place in DC is a must next time ya in the DMV! As a heads up, not only is the booze good, the food is great. http://jackrosediningsaloon.com/ and for those in Chicago , not only is this place an awesome Bills bar, but also a great whisky bar. They even have a collaboration whisky with Jack Rose. Tell em your a friend of our own @dave mcbride, and good things may happen! http://www.delilahschicago.com/
  18. Saw this last night... man this sucks. Can you just imagine if he begs out?
  19. I can remember vividly a couple of things 1) Disco Dans first year..2nd half was at a 95 point pace and man did things look ever so promising. 2) 2nd year, coming out of their bye week i think they were 4 pts back of a spot, with two games in hand, playing the Avalanche and Coyotes on back to nights, at that time the worst 2 teams in the NHL. This is the year the Lanche netted a whole 48pts! And they lose both games, season over, and i think that two day stretch that started this whole tailspin
  20. hmm, never heard of this place. Like the "old Vegas Prices"...plus they 10X odds on craps, and 3-2 blackjack, which can be tough to get on tables under $25 anymore! Likey
  21. Devils advocate...you set a a dangerous precedent redoing a guy who has 3 years left no?
  22. It does, and I bet tickets will be fairly easy to get after opening weekend.
  23. one of the greats has passed For guys of my age, i still see him and the Flower flying up and down the ice...almost mythical with that grey hair of his.
